Traveling for work and training for an upcoming Olympic weightlifting competition. Stumbled upon Training Day Cafe and ordered a few healthy meals to keep my training on track. I was pleasantly surprised. Delicious meals, easy to order online, and very reasonably priced. I really enjoyed seeing the macro count and having such a big selection of tasty meals. I loved the big Mac bowl, taco salad, and spicy peanut chicken.

I have eaten lunch regularly at training day cafe for a few months now and have always been pleased with the food and environment, the workers are extremely nice and always welcome you with a smile when you walk in. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a macro friendly meal!

My husband and I just went there for the first time. We are both in awe about their healthy options (made with real food!!!) and how delicious they are. We devoured it. And the owner was super nice not only to us, but also to his employees when we saw his interactions with them. Highly recommend, we will definitely be coming back.

We came from Toronto for a visit and found this little place. We loved it and really enjoyed meeting the owner and learning about how hard it is to source healthy ingredients. But he's finding those healthy ingredients and you can taste it. We hope he keeps expanding to new locations!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free options

Ordered from skip the dishes tonight a simple order for a simple wrap and a protein shake which cost around 32 dollars total. I work about 7 minutes away from training day, order smoothies from there regularly post workout and the ladies that work there are very friendly. The order i placed today, on a super hot day my order arrived with no shake. I even asked the delivery driver Mandeep where the shake was , she replies “in the bag”. Open the bag . No shake. Extremely disappointed and puzzled how someone can literally screw up with an easy order with only a 7 minute delivery time. Training day can do a better job expediting their skip or uber orders though, the app support centre says “the drivers only deliver what is given to them”. Very discouraged by this , and will more than likely never order delivery from here again because i cannot trust the communication between the restaurant and the incompetent delivery drivers. My best advice : pick up your order!
