Loyal/regular customer atleast once a week. I placed an order at the wrong location but rather than further add to my stress, the woman working made the food fresh for me there and told me not to worry about it. I was in on Monday around noon. I wasn't able to get her name as I was in a rush but not only is the food healthy, fresh, and we'll priced, the customer service is exceptional.

I’m a regular customer here. Since discovering Training day cafe my life has changed. I don’t go to the grocery store or waste any time preparing meals myself anymore. They give exceptional service and have amazing and affordable meals. Not only are their bowls amazing, they have a wide assortment of delicious protein products such as donuts, overnight oats, protein balls and a good selection of protein bars. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for affordable convenience...

For 30$ I got a massive wrap witch extra chicken and sauce. And my mom got a massive bowl with chicken and keenwa. It's very healthy, it's very tasty, it's cheaper then subway, quiznos, mcdonalds. You will eat here and end up losing weight. For me it's perfect. Cause I don't even like fast food. And I spent 25$ at quiznos for 1 person the other day. Subway is like 20$ sometimes 17$ for a combo depending on what u get. I think if more people just try it...
