If you’re haven’t been to training day cafe you’re missing out, great food and service. The food is tasty and if you enjoy healthy eating there is no better place. They are very welcoming and quicker than even most unhealthy fast food restaurants. Thank-you training day for providing a healthy place to eat at in this unhealthy world.

I always order meals for pick up. Meals always ready right on time and super fresh. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect balance between amazing taste and a good healthy meal.

I’ve been a regular customer at Training Day for the past two years, and it’s consistently been a great experience. The staff in the evenings are always incredibly friendly and attentive—they really go the extra mile with their service and attention to detail. Best meal prep in Fleetwood & I’ll continue to be a loyal customer :)
