Love the Trees downtown, but this location left a lot to be desired. The coffee was good as was the cheesecake. It wasn't busy yet I had to ask for my cheesecake twice after waiting for too long. Staff was clueless. If this was your first experience with this chain, it would only make you avoid them in the future.
I decided to support local and tried it out for the first time....I'm not sure I'll be back. The drink was ok (chai latte) and croissant sandwich was fine but for $19 it wasn't anything outstanding. That part aside, the service was not great. Hardly an acknowledgement, not a smile to be had and no interaction at all. I could go to my regular place 3 times for that price and have people who greet you and are happy to see you. I know it's not an easy industry...
This café is my go-to spot for its cozy ambiance and, above all, their heavenly mango cheesecake. Each bite is a burst of creamy, tropical perfection with a buttery, crisp crust. If you love cheesecake, this one’s a game-changer. A must-visit for any dessert lover!
