We ordered a family pack with 4 burgers for take out. We live a less than 5 min drive away from the restaurant . When we got home the food was so cold and the burgers were very soggy. The chicken patty in the burger was burnt. Had no energy to go back. Also Surprisingly a worker was wearing flip flops while working.

Good Triple O's location as a combo part of the chevron gas station. Casual eat in, take out or drive thru available. This is a clean location and the food is consistently good.

Ok, so I went on a Wednesday and ordered their FISH ? Burger at that location; and it was really Incredible and Amazing for the $8 well-spent! Yum ?! There was a nice big portion of Fish, ample tomato and veggies inside a proper Bun: In comparison, The Tiny, flavourless, Pathetic little McDonalds Fish Filet burger for $5.50, is a major, huge, Disappointment nowadays; so therefore, I tried White Spots instead which is wayyyy more memorable and satisfyingly worth, paying the price-point difference. Thx ?

Triple O’s sell gluten free burgers but do not toast it saying it we do not have separate oven. When they charge more for gluten free burgers then must toast it.How a person can eat it without toasted and if toasting it in regular oven where they toast other burgers, then can lead to allergies. Either They should stop selling gluten free burgers or provide full toasted free from allergies. I hope owner will take it seriously. Otherwise one day they can land into trouble.

I came in with my kids I ordered i checked my order before I left and noticed there was no chicken strips. She said I never ordered and then told me I didn't. The employee was rude and made me feel I was wrong. I even repeated back the order. She never repeated the order back to me. I understand mistakes happen but don't turn it around on the customers. She never apologized and went back to drive through. Very rude she was. Not a great experience. This location is a hit and miss when it comes to customer service.

Its rare when I eat out im not disappointed these days but here the food was great the service was great and I’ve never seen a triple Os so clean
Ordered a double-double, took 10 minutes and was cold... how does that make sense? Also they raised prices to insane levels, I will never be coming back. People should stop eating here since the company thinks we are a joke and they can charge us whatever they want.$8 for their Original Burger on their special Tuesdays now... no one should be ordering here anymore.

Sometimes, you just need to splurge a bit to enjoy a fantastic burger. I stopped by Triple O's after getting gas and instantly knew I needed their bacon burger ASAP. I'm glad I indulged – it definitely hit the spot, even though it hit my wallet too! But trust me, it was worth every penny. LOL.

I hardly put any reviews online, I don't want people or organizations to impact due to my personal experience. I couldn't resist this time, this was the poorest customer service I ever experienced through out my life here at Canada.I ordered a $27 meal (Which is expensive) but I liked their burgers the last time so I am ok with paying premium. I went to their drive thru and asked for a Chicken burger with sides + drinks. The server literally forgot adding the main thing the chicken burger to the order and I left the store. I discover this when I open the package at home.Here is where it starts getting bad:1. I call them and the lady/girl over the phone did not show any regret or remorse. She blatantly said if you want the refund you got to come today, we don't refund anything online. I have to drive back for that. Alternatively, she said I can get the meal tomorrow or day after. Imagine the level of attitude and they being demanding even after messing up my order. She said I will give complementary Fries and post 2 mins she said I will also add drink for inconvenience.2. I go back to their drive thru again today (next day), same attitude again, the lady over the counter did not even apologize for the mess up. Instead she was arguing with me that you were not promised for the drink and we will just give you fries with the burger. She was stating it like if I was lying to her for a $2 drink. Slammed the window on me twice and came back with a coke that I never asked for. She did not even ask what kind of drink I want. At the end she just shove up the orange drink in my package as if it was a favour.Overall pathetic customer service and poor drive thru experience. Good burger though
