I had a very upsetting experience due to the behavior of the manager. Instead of handling concerns professionally, the manager was rude, dismissive, and spoke to customers in an unprofessional and condescending tone. It's incredibly disappointing to be treated with such a lack of respect, especially when simply trying to ask questions or resolve an issue. Customer service starts at the top, and unfortunately, the attitude displayed set a very negative tone for the entire visit. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvements in how customers are treated. No need to ask me to reply back to an email because upon further investigation from past reviewers the issue brought up to your attention clearly hasn't been resolved internally. Do better!! Take responsibility for your staff members.

Manager this evening around 7pm was awfully rude. She was a Filipino manager who was talking extremely down to a customer. I was appalled by her behavior and the staff members looked shocked. I was put off with how a person could treat others with such disrespect. She was passively aggressive and her tone was unacceptable. She needs to learn how to deal with people especially for her job description. She clearly has personal issues and it shouldn't reflect on customer service however it did. I felt horrible for the customer and for that reason I shall never be back nor support this business.

Absolutely garbage customer service. 3rd time in a row. They act as if I owe them something more than the money I pay for my food. The food is prepared horribly. Manager is the one with the attitude, which makes sense when all the other employees act the same. Message to Owner, change the manager and hire someone who knows customer service and how to manage a safe fast food environment.

Excellent staffs and services, came here on a 2pm time and there were lots of kids finishing school come and have a burger. Can’t day anything much but it’s a very good place that near the schools and such, very convenient to have the restaurant here in Sullivan Station 🍔 💥

Came in with my Dad to get some take out breakfast. The staff were nice. The food was good, but the coffee was cold, and the sandwiches could have been hotter. I remember I had to reheat everything once we got home.
I would still come back, though. Good price for the sunny start. (It doesn't come with as much bacon as shown. My Dad gave the bacon from his sandwich, so I had extra)

Had a terrible experience here. Highly incompetent and uncooperative staff. They keep busy among themselves and lack focus towards customer needs.
Just made my own poutine today. Ordered two poutines and they both came with a speck of gravy, not even a drizzle. It was a dot of gravy . Best part is the cheese curds were actually ice curds this time around too. One of the most disappointing poutines I’ve ever seen. Went to front again and asked why there was no gravy, she didn’t provide any justification but said here’s some gravy pour it on yourself. Beautiful!!!

Dietary restrictions: I really appreciate with this Allergy sticker that was on our burger especially with the kids meal. My kids have enjoyed the food and I love how the staff sounds so friendly and accommodating. I wish all the restaurant should be like this. It is very unfortunate that they do not accept tips as they really deserve to have it. I’m super surprised with the please and thank you?. Very respectful!!
