I placed a very large order for my office, I called the day before and spoke to Joyce. She took my order and wrote every individual name down beside each order. I asked them to have it ready at a certain time the next day. The entire order was correct, and each individual item was packed and labelled by name. They had it in big boxes ready for easy pick up and my pick up was during their busy lunch rush. My office thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Best service and best location hands down!

So arrogant to deliver drivers. They have given me negative satisfaction rate on Uber Eats. I have been maintaining 100% satisfaction rate from the beginning but because of this my level gone below average. Especially the girl with Hijab is so arrogant. I don’t know who hired such employees.

Triple O’s has long been my go-to spot when I’m craving a great burger. I’ll admit up front—this review is biased because I genuinely love a Triple O’s burger. Compared to larger fast-food chains, I don’t find Triple O’s pricey. It’s right in line with what you’d expect for quality food made fresh, and honestly, I think the value matches what you get. I don’t eat at other fast-food chains, but this one stands apart for me because it feels like a proper meal rather than a rushed, processed option.
The menu sticks to the basics—burgers, fries, chicken, milkshakes—but everything is done well. The burgers come out hot, juicy, and flavorful. The fries are crisp, well-seasoned, and pair perfectly with their signature Triple O’s sauce. The milkshakes are always smooth, rich, and nostalgic in the best way.
Service here is quick and friendly, and what really makes this location stand out is consistency. The food quality remains the same visit after visit, which isn’t something I can say for all of their restaurants. I’ve had mixed experiences at other Triple O’s locations outside the Greater Vancouver area—some just don’t hold the same standard. But this particular spot gets it right every time.
Overall, Triple O’s may be just another fast-food chain on paper, but it’s one that consistently stands above the rest. The flavor, the freshness, and the reliability keep me coming back. It’s simple, satisfying, and easily one of my favorite quick stops for a good, honest burger.

Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. We were given the wrong order also the service was unhelpful and unfriendly. The cashier seemed to have an attitude, which made the situation worse. On top of that, the food quality was poor fries were stale, and the buns tasted old.
Food was the usual and no complaints. But they got my order wrong. Which was still ok because it was minor and the server apologized as well. But as I drove away we noticed there were no straws so I had to go back. This time I parked and went in a little frustrated because you go through drive thru for a reason. I let them know they forgot straws as well. The response I got was Yeah yeah ok. This was on September 4th, 2025 at 6:25pm and it was the only girl with her head covered. I hope she gets some training in basic manners.

Order monty mushroom but get veggie burger!!!! Last time order food and want to pay with cash and cashier said with full attitude and in rude way that u have to tell us earlier. And there is more… She closed the window and call other girl and then they started laughing.. woowww This is how u service???? I would never ever recommend this location… They literally try their best to make u feel uncomfortable and embarrassed…
