Flavourless food, so much oil and colouring but absolutely no taste

I’ve always been a fan of Ustaad G’s signature flavors, but my recent delivery left me disappointed. The food was noticeably flavorless and didn’t reflect the quality I’ve come to expect. It felt like it might have come from a different branch entirely. I hope this was just an off day and that Ustaad G can ensure consistency across all locations in the future.

people’s come here enjoy food and talking each other, but due to your loud music they didn’t understand what they are talking about

Worst butter chicken I ever had
I ordered from this restaurant and chicken was not fresh it was with bad smell from it also they put to much salt inside it and after eating it cause me stomach pain badly

The main reason you go to a restaurant is for food..and the food here was extremely disappointing. The achari chicken tikka and non veg thali were all too salty. Plus, we ordered a chicken biryani for take away. I can easily say this was the worst chicken biryani I have ever eaten. It’s an insult to even call it a biryani. Not sure if this is the now the standard for all Ustad G or just the Scott Road one, but I’m never going back to Ustad G again.

I am extremely disappointed and alarmed by my recent experience at your restaurant on December 21, 2024. I ordered the Keema Kulcha from your menu at G76 , and shortly after consuming the meal, I began to feel severely ill. I experienced extreme nausea, vomiting, intense stomach pain, and dizziness, which escalated quickly. After seeking medical attention, it was determined that the food I consumed had been mixed with something else, leading to food poisoning.

What further shocked and frustrated me was the response I received from your restaurant after I reported the incident. Rather than addressing the seriousness of the situation or offering a sincere apology, I was offered a mere $5 discount as compensation. This response felt dismissive and completely inadequate, considering the severity of the situation. It also gave me the impression that your restaurant does not take food safety and customer health seriously.

This experience has caused me significant physical distress, emotional anxiety, and unexpected medical expenses. I sincerely hope your restaurant takes immediate action to improve food safety protocols and better respond to customer concerns. The lack of concern I encountered has made me reconsider returning to your establishment.

Extremely pathetic service and quality of food is just downgrading every time. My last meal there resulted in taking medications. Serving garbage. One thing i noticed that the owner is only responding to the good reviews and has no credibility towards bad ratings.. what a joke business

The food was so good we came twice in a row. We’re visitors from California and everytime we come to Canada, ustaadji is a must for is. Tonight, Navjot, Puran, and Jaspreet were especially really kind hosts to us, we came in jist before closing and they welcomed my whole family, which was really sweet.

Appreciate the staff and amritsari kulchas were the best and chole bhature i loved it….it taste so good …. But one thing i recommend to add fry chilli with chole bhature for bestest ….else everthing good
