An amazing find ! We just happened to step in for dinner and ordered chaat papdi and naan- shahi paneer . The chaat papdi was fresh, crunchy with the right amount of sweet curd, and the shahi paneer and the naan were both spectacular! Authentic and delicious and can't wait to try some of the other dishes. Absolutely yummy ? !

Sunday morning Apr 07 2024 i did get a chance to visit Ustaad G at 76 i been here many time before fiod is good and all that but the service was Terrible on the particular day we had to wait 30 mins before any intraction with staff members then food took another year to come so over all not a Happy camper.

Our server was really amazing and courteous, and did and amazing job handling entire restaurant service alone. We found some items are okay and some are horrible. We ordered 2 biryanis, both turned out to be pulaos with chicken and capsicum pieces thrown in.

I stumbled upon this location on weekend. I had the best Kulchas and Chole bhauture in town. The restaurant location and ambience was great and service was also quick and friendly. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to try authentic Amritsari Kulchas.

Food was great had 2x butter chicken garlic nan. Unfortunately there was a hair in one of the butter chicken I ordered, so we weren't able to eat that one.May try again.
Pretty consistent food across multiple locations that I tried. Seen the owner in both occasions at different locations means he keeps a tab on things. Great kulchas and bhaturas. Chhole are good as well.Suggestion- With the bhaturas ..carrot pickle would go better than just onions.

I’m speaking about the Surrey Central restaurant.
1. Our party of 4 was served their hot food on on absolutely ice cold metal trays, these trays were so cold!!!- the only explanation I could think of is the metal trays were next to a wide open window or door- outside temp. was 0 degrees. The hot food was only a 1/2” of height in each of the trays ‘bowls’ so was lukewarm very quickly- the cold trays stayed cold throughout and made our meal uncomfortable for sure!
2. We were, I shudder to say, rudely served our food one tray at a time, a minute or so apart, on the only open spot on the table in front of one of our party, with the only announcement being what was served on that tray- no asking by the server who ordered the food item so the orders could be properly served. I had enough of this by the 4th tray and…
3.I raised my concerns to more or less speechless servers (they were going through their breaks) about the concerns, so an apology was never uttered by the servers.
4. The only moments when servers were somewhat interested in our party’s experience was when they’d ask how’s everything, ‘on the fly’ without ever stopping to give eye contact to anyone in our party!
I’m not going to give our entire experience a negative rating only because the food flavour and freshness was excellent- but the above 4 items should be addressed- if not by the chef or maitre’d, then perhaps by the HR dept.
Have been here twice now for breakfast and had parataha and kulcha both times it was amazing!crispy and full of flavour cooked in clay oven!! Service was good ?
