Looks understaffed and you will die waiting for your order ,they should have extra staff on weekends or sell business .its not the first time waiting like this
The Poundo was good and came in a nice portion. The Ogbono soup had tasty tripe and tendon but all the meats included were on the tougher side. The flavour was mediocre for me as there was this smokiness that wasn’t my jam for the Ogbono soup. The portion of the Ogbono soup is small for the price you pay as the combination of the Poundo and Ogbono soup on Uber Eats was $45.00 so it’s a bit of an expensive delicacy.

I have heard good review about your fisherman soup from friends. Came with my husband to try it out but we were told its not on the special. Please 🙏 when will it be on the special list. 🙇.
I have tried out other meal( such as fried rice, jollof, okra, egusi and vegetable soup) from your store and the taste wa mind blowing. Keep it up with the Nigerian delicay

Me and my husband visited Vansuya around 7PM last night and were really disappointed. The restaurant didn’t even have suya available which is surprising considering that’s the name and main dish of the place.
Service was very slow, but absolutely not the server’s fault. Daniel was doing everything on his own, taking calls, preparing pickup orders, serving tables, and cleaning up. He was clearly overwhelmed but still polite and hardworking. I truly hope the owner is compensating him fairly because he’s running the whole show by himself.
We came all the way from Vancouver hoping for a better experience after our previous pickup order wasn’t great, but sadly it was the same issue. The kitchen couldn’t keep up with both dine-in and pickup orders, and our food took forever to arrive.
The restaurant has potential, but serious management changes are needed more staff and consistent food availability would make a huge difference.
It's a really nice place but I just wish the customer service should improve more

Had to change it from a 1 star to a 3 star review. Their customer service has improved a bit since my last review which I think is a good thing. Sometimes there is some lag but perfection isn’t of importance what improvement is evident.
The food is always good as usual.

This is the best Nigerian restaurant i have been to. The customer service was excellent, Aisha and Peace served us and they were patience and courteous. The food was delicious and served fresh. I ordered the chicken sharwama to go, and it arrived in the US fresh and delicious. The gizdodo was very tasty while the naija smoky party jollof rice was 100%. It was served with fried rice and peppered turkey. They all tasted delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also warm with great music. It was a perfect place to unwind. If I visit Vancouver again, Vansuya is home for the Naija cravings.

Ok, I read about this place, and decided to try it out. Very sad. Waited 45 min, got the wrong food. Only realized that once I got back home ( I leave 45 min away). I asked for a grilled fish and yet didn't get that. I got a fish half cooked, smelly and gosh not that good. I am very disappointed. Spend 70 for nothing. Guys, please do better. I am tired of african restaurant being that way. So 👎.

I've only ordered through ubereats. I will say the egusi is so darn tasty! Okra is tasty too yum!! But it's kinda expensive. Why is African food so expensive. Don't get me wrong, I'll definitely treat myself once in awhile but if it was more affordable, I'd be ordering weekly. I appreciate the cooks, they sure put love into it. Thank you ♡
