I'm disappointed with the online ordering service I received from The Vault. I frequently dine there and make an effort to support local businesses, but I've noticed a lack of consistency. Today was a miss. I ordered a kids' menu item online and received something entirely different. Upon calling, I learned that the kids' mac & cheese is no longer available online and was automatically substituted with Fettuccine Alfredo without any notification or option to choose an alternative.
Kids can be particular about their food, and rightly so—the Fettuccine Alfredo was neither appealing nor appetizing. I spent nearly $100, only to end up giving my meal to my child and going without myself.
While it's not the end of the world, but when restaurants charge premium prices, they should ensure their systems are updated and communicate changes to customers. This lack of care makes me reconsider supporting The Vault in the future.

There was six of us that I’ve had dinner there twice on the second time. We actually had dinner in the bank vault itself. The atmosphere is amazing. An old bank may be 100 years old and there’s just so much to see on all the walls and the beams they’ve done a wonderful job for the ambulance, the food is fabulous and very different. The chef is very creative. I love it.

Absolutely amazing experience! We had our work christmas party here, and they were amazing. There was 14 of us with a set menu, and they were able to adjust for all allergens and dietary restrictions. Ryley was attentive and charismatic through all of our chaos and fun! Thank you to Ryley, and all the staff that helped us celebrate our Holidays ❤️
I went here for the very first time and let me say the food was amazing and delicious , great Atmosphere, good customer service , everyone was so friendly and efficient. I will definitely come back and enjoy another meal . I highly recommend this restaurant to any friends or family and it also has a very clean atmosphere and is very cozy inside too.
