We had a mixed experience with Vegetarian Delight. While ordering the cake, I received conflicting instructions from different staff members, which made the process confusing. Unfortunately, when my friend went to pick up the cake, it had already been given to another customer by mistake. The staff did apologize and offered a replacement from the display cakes immediately, which I appreciate. However, since it was a birthday order and we had selected a specific design, it was disappointing not to receive the original cake. I hope the team can improve internal communication and order handling in the future, as the products themselves are good

Worst Experience with Vegetarian Delite Bakery in Surrey that spoil my whole preparation and day - Ordered a birthday cake through DoorDash with a scheduled evening delivery, which was accepted by the bakery. The order was canceled by the bakery at the delivery time, leaving me no time to find another option. Even they didnât tried to call or msg to replace with the other itemâŠVery disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Absolutely the most unprofessional experience Iâve ever had with a bakery. The girl handling cake orders has no clue what customer service means. First, she picked up my call and instantly cancelled it. Second time, she made me wait on hold for 20 minutes like my time doesnât matter. Third time, after finally answering, she asked me to send a picture of the cake (which I had already sent before), then promised to call me back in 10 minutes, which i never received!
This is not just poor serviceâitâs straight up disrespectful. If this is how you treat customers who are trying to give you business, Iâd rather take my money somewhere else. Ridiculous and unorganized. Do better.

I had a really Bad experience. i ordered a cake for my son bday spent 180$ . cake was so dry , cream was so thick and hard , no taste , no one liked it . and we went there they dont even listen dont care . there manager thinks she is a star but sorry she doesnât know how to handle the situation or a customer. this is not a one day business we need cakes every-time. i am not gona go there not even my friends . i will tell everyone everyday not to buy cakes from this place . seriously they dont care .
