I tried the medium Paneer Tikka pizza on Monday, and honestly, it was the worst I’ve ever had. I also called the staff (a girl) multiple times, but she completely ignored me. I could even hear some show playing loudly in the background.
I really hope the owner sees this — you seriously need someone to manage this place properly.

I went to Veggie Hut Pizza this past weekend and was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered naan, but what they served was clearly frozen naan, not freshly made. You can see in the picture – it was dry, hard, and lacked the freshness you’d expect from a restaurant that serves Indian food. I want eat fresh that’s why I order here otherwise frozen nanny’s I can get from Walmart .
To make things worse, the customer service was terrible. The staff didn’t seem interested at all and were not helpful or welcoming. It felt like they didn’t care about the quality of food or the customers.
There were barely any other customers, and honestly, now I know why. I won’t be going back again. I’d recommend avoiding this place if you’re looking for fresh Indian food or decent service.

Disappointed i ordered pizza and came from all the way from richmond to this location just to pickup and it took me almost 30minutes drive and on arrival they said we don't have any order under your name or number, after showing them call details they said we didn't get any order, and they said order it again and you will get pizza.
At least accept the mistake you did, but you guys blamed me that i didn't order. surprised ?

Owner (man) uff ! Hell of attitude! If you give ask for a better service next time, he will be mad at you. Tasty.... but not always. ( Honestly). Pizza base always very thick.
Hole in the wall style pizza place. Inside is essentially a waiting room with some benches. I had a spicy paneer pizza. Prices were great, flavour was great, and pizza took a typical time to prepare and be ready. This would be a great place for ordering lots of pizza on a budget. Love how it’s all vegetarian too. Just don’t expect to sit down here, it’s take away only.
