Order a cake for our daughter's 17th birthday, lady on the phone took down all info and agreed to marble cake, special icing and would be ready for 11am Saturday. Saturday comes, cake was not ready, marble was not done just plain vanilla and when I called back to let them know, all I got was a blame game and no responsibility from their end. Truly disappointed, never had issues prior not sure if ownership changed but standards definitely have.

I got this amazing bakery to make a 10 by 10 inch half red velvet and half pineapple birthday cake for my twin baby boy and girl first bday. the cake was so beautiful and delicious. Everyone at the party loved the cake. This is for sure one of the best bakeries in Surrey. Bakery staff was very friendly and accurately made the cake with precision and love. I would highly recommend ❤️❤️

I was visiting this store after ages, saw new staff really kind and helpful. They have changed but I like the new Veneto's Cakes and pastries. Great food and service. Please visit its highly recommended.

I recently ordered a birthday cake from this place. Drove 25 mins to place an order after reading the reviews and spent another hour for the pickup.
While the cake was well decorated the taste was very disappointing. The cake was too dry and very evident that it was not freshly baked.
Luckily we didn't have guests coming over for the birthday but no one family could eat more than a slice.

We ordered mixed fruit flavour and the filing was fine. The place itself is nice with lots of options of cakes, pastries, bakery products and the staff is friendly.

We ordered a Tiramisu cake, what we got wasn’t one. It was horrible. No one finished their slices. We used to order from this place all the time and were always very happy with our cakes, definitely not worth a half an hour drive to go to this place. We will not be back.

Stale pastries . Cupcake was sooo hard and inedible . Bought a couple of cake slices as well as cookies and everything was stale .

I do not recommend this place and was very disappointed .
