Good products. After the large 6 ounce patties, diners can choose what goes into the burgers. All the usual condiments are available and it is all cooked and assembled to order. My only complaint is with the fries. Too many tiny pieces of overcooked potato. Uniform sizing may result in a bit more waste, but the serving would be better.

Worst experience I had with Uber eats no one knew what they were doing I called restaurant girl said they gave soda to Uber driver and Uber driver said they didn’t give me sny soda , I paid for soda and it was not delivered , there were two indian students working at Vera’s who were so unprofessional , they did not help n kept saying u can go to Uber they can refund . Can’t believe this is kind of training restaurant is giving nowadays so incompetence , it’s shameful , I have complained about them to Uber as well , and this was worst burger I had

I had heard good things about Vera’s so I order the veggie burger, fries and a milkshake. The staff were extremely friendly and brought my food over to the table I was waiting at even though it was takeout. The burger just didn’t taste like anything even though it was loaded with toppings. The fries were good and the milkshake was just okay but maybe the beef burgers are more of the attraction. I do want to mention the staff again because they were just so friendly.

I placed a take out order Saturday night in their final hour of being open (between 8-9pm). The order had modifications and requests.
The lady on the phone was super nice & the man working when I went to pick it up didn’t seem bothered by the time of day. My food tasted GREAT. The fries were SUPER fresh and I was soooo happy about it.
I’ve been to OTHER places in the past where customer service lacks because they’re tired at the end of their shift and you get the crappy day end fries, those experiences have not been fun.
This Vera’s really has amazing customer service and food! My favourite burger place!

This used to be a 5 star Burger joint because the fries were amazing pre-pandemic but now either due to supply issues or management stupidity they changed the fries resulting in utter disappointment and left me feeling ripped off with big helping of inedible garbage fries that I wouldn't feed to my dog I will never eat here again until I'm made aware that the fries have been restored to thier former glory who ever is responsible for the descision to opt out of selling amazing fries should be given no less than 40 lashes in the public square

A friend recommended Vera's, incredible burgers. The menu is simple and covers so many different burgers and sides. We ordered Poutine on the side as well as 2 double burgers. The portions are huge, I could only eat the Poutine and half the burger, always good for munchies later on. This is definitely our next burger. Fast food doesn't even come close to these.

I was very disrespected by the staff. I was over charged and when I questioned the receipt I was treated with rude and unpleasant sarcasm, I asked to speak to the manager and she pointed at her manager with a smirked smile. I'm never going back ever again. I wish I caught it on camera. That worker should be fired.
