I was very disrespected by the staff. I was over charged and when I questioned the receipt I was treated with rude and unpleasant sarcasm, I asked to speak to the manager and she pointed at her manager with a smirked smile. I'm never going back ever again. I wish I caught it on camera. That worker should be fired.

I used to be a big fan of Vera's quality for hamburgers. My usual go to was the Davie location before the pandemic but instead tried this one since was in the area. Big mistake! Firstly, the burger was a sloppy greasy mess that couldn't even stay together half way through. Every ingredient was impossible to keep together. It was SATURATED in grease. Secondly, it literally tasted like someone took costco ground beef, put a seasoning in it, and made that patty. That thought was also reinforced by the fact I watched them use costco havarti cheese on my burger. If I am paying $16 for a burger, it better be something I can't make at home without a ton of effort... and sadly I am confident I could do better with minimal effort. The only thing we thought were ok was the fries which were fresh and crispy... but I would never recommend this location (or Vera's in general) atm.
Honestly the food is really good, but I've been here a few times and it's always been the same cashier and she always seems pissed off about something. She has an angry face, talks in a low and monotone voice and does not have very welcoming vibes. Honestly pretty off putting but the food is

This location is ok. My personal preference is for the service, food, and atmosphere at the Cloverdale location. I believe that the Cloverdale location is more consistent in quality and service.Parking: It can get busy here, and parking is limited
