It's a pretty decent burger. Don't get me wrong, it's still a cut above fast food places but I have (unfortunately) had better burgers by now.
There aren't a whole lot of burger places though in this area so this is one of only a few options if you want a good burger.
Their service and everything else though is definitely top notch. Fast, efficient, friendly. Place was clean and a good place to hang out in. Try the Boylan's root beer while you're there.

We were lucky today! The burgers and fries were absolutely delicious, and so was the milkshake. The server was very friendly and assured us it would be fantastic. He was absolutely right. Thank you!

Food taste really good and it taste fresh, never disappointed I’ve tried a few burgers now, and jags customer service is out the roof very nice and welcoming guy. Jags the reason I would come back and recommend others to visit.

jaag was excellent serving us on the phone and in person making sure orders were made to to perfection. Very welcoming and nice atmosphere at the place, would definitely recommend trying

Have eaten at the location at the Vancouver airport a few years ago. Tried the location at Northlands in Calgary today. Food quality is excellent. The price is the disappointment. Fifteen dollars for the bacon & cheese burger 🍔 is high although good quality.
I can make one just as good at home. Staff was friendly although with the fans etc very hard to hear.
2 years ago it was 5 stars. Now 2 stars is being generous.

I came to Vera’s Burger Shack on the evening of December 5th and received amazing service from Gurleen and Jhedeep!!! I would definately recommend this location to friends!
