Trying to plan ahead my wife placed an online order from Ontario for 7:00 p.m. the online ordering service confirmed that the order would be ready at 7:00 p.m. in Surrey BC. However, the online ordering then produced a request that had the order for pickup at 4 p.m.. when I arrived at 7:00 p.m. the food was no longer safe to take home and management was extremely understanding and remade all the food at no extra cost. Talk about great customer service and also the food tasted fantastic as it always does. Thank you to the staff and management for being so understanding

Food is amazing, however the behavior and the attitude of the worker is completely rude and unprofessional. Never have I ever been lectured in a restaurant over a tip, nor have I had a server demand a tip.
