Very slow service, usually only one person working. Not sure on hygiene as I saw a cockroach today.

there are cockroaches everywhere, even on the food display. I was about to order a banana loaf but I saw a cockroach crawling out of it and then I saw a couple more at the coffee bar where they make the drinks at…how is this place still running…

I have ordered matcha with white chocolate and it wasn’t mixed well and when I asked the worker that it wasn’t mixed well she said u can mix it by ur self.so I threw it away because I can’t drink nasty stuff that makes me get sick. It didn’t have white chocolate and I asked her for more sugar and there was no sugar in it.

The matcha is not mixed well. It has powdered chunks inside. It tastes bitter and gross

I came here for the first time in a long time. On this day, Canada Day, I discovered that staff were not properly trained. I ordered a caffeine free drink, but they served a caffeinated drink without asking me. The caffeine was so strong that I felt sick afterwards. Please be honest about what drink you are serving to customers.
