I came here for the first time in a long time. On this day, Canada Day, I discovered that staff were not properly trained. I ordered a caffeine free drink, but they served a caffeinated drink without asking me. The caffeine was so strong that I felt sick afterwards. Please be honest about what drink you are serving to customers.

Here I had a wonderful experience I don't know how to describe the amazing attention here!!! I highly recommend coming here and drinking their delicious drinks, especially their smoothies.

I was impressed by the kindness of the woman working there. She offered me a free coffee while I waited for my DoorDash pickup. Her generosity and warm demeanor, along with her respectful head covering, made a great impression.

I went to Waves yesterday with my family and Mohammed was awesome! He was really polite and patient with our big order, and he made all our drinks perfectly. Made the whole experience super enjoyable. Definitely a great spot to grab a drink!

I'm from Edmonton and this was my first time coming to this coffee house and I must say the atmosphere is amazing. Pet friendly and very convenient for everyone coming from the SkyTrain at Gateway.Staff are amazing and special shout-out to Denise for making it worth an amazing time as she is amazing to talk with and makes anyone feel welcome when in the coffee house.
Just got the Belgian choclate ( white) but it tasted nothing more than just plain hot milk. There was no chocolate in it. Very disappointed
Never got to go inside the place as there is NO FREE parking!!! Will not be going here again!!!
