Way Back Brew Co. brings a fresh, feel good energy to Surrey’s growing craft beer scene. Nestled in Panarama Ridge, this retro themed brewery embraces a laid back California beach vibe with a bright, casual taproom and a patio that’s perfect for sunny afternoons or cheering on the big game with friends. The interior mixes nostalgic Mid Century decor with plenty of TVs and comfortable seating, making it as much a social hub as a place to sip a great beer.
The beer lineup leans in approachable, well crafted styles, from a crisp classic lager and juicy IPA my favorite to a zesty citrus wheat and an interesting Baja Dark lager with subtle chocolate and stone fruit notes.
Service tends to be friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall experience, and the brewery regularly hosts events and trivia nights that brings the community together. While the pizza and food options are a bit limited the pizza is delicious and Sam does an amazing job creating the delicious pies, my favorite is the Cali BBQ Chicken. The combination of good beer, atmosphere, and vibes makes Way Back a solid stop for locals or visitors looking for a relaxed craft beer outing in Surrey.

Wayback brewing is a solid 10/10! They have incredible staff, beverages and food! Pizza is top notch, personally I recommend the honeytrap. Service was timely, personal and all the staff had great recommendations. Prior to hosting my 40+ person birthday party I had great exchanges with the general manager, Chelsea over email which made me feel confident and know that everything would go smoothly as she answered all my questions and accommodated all my requests. 10/10 recommend Wayback you will not be disappointed! Such a great hidden gem! Thanks Wayback crew for making my birthday unforgettable! ?

I very highly recommend Way Back Brewing. The beer is so delicious and the pizza is my fav. You have to try the pepperoni with drizzle of honey. All of the pizzas I’ve tried are delicious. The Way Back had some troubles with their payment system (new system-not their fault) and the manager introduced herself to me and it was really important to her that I return as a customer. I wasn’t unhappy, but it was important to them. The customer service is exceptional. Don’t come across that very often. Very impressed and happy. Did I mention the delicious beer and pizza? Excellent place
