Worst experience only at this location in lower mainland. I live on scott rd nd 64ave I ordered at drive through ,came home whole order was wrong. The burger was just bun and patty, no lettuce nothing.Called them to let them know. Their staff acted very rude and told me drive another 40 minutes to their location @5:50.After spending $40 at their location. I was stranded to spend another $40 on my food again.Never ever coming to this location!!!This location needs new management badly.

First time trying Wendy's in Vancouver and it's really good. Far better than asia. Love the pop machine and the washroom's clean!! Highly recommend to put it in your list.

All I'm sayin is... If you're gonna close early for no apparent reason (which sounds like a frequent thing), turn off the Drive-Thru lights or put up a sign at the speaker saying that.. So you don't have people sitting at the drive thru speaker waiting for nobody. Or just stick to your hours.

Girl in the morning is so dumb and rude. I was doing uber eats and went there for pickup at 7.25 am. I parked my car and the door is closed so I went to drive through. At the drive through I told the order number and name and she doesn’t respond expect “Hi” then after waiting for 1 min I asked for second time and got response. After that I went to window and she asked for name again and then she said please come inside. I said I tried but the door was close she checked and said now the door is open( now the time is exact 7.30) and come inside for the pickup and closed the window very rudely. I don’t know whats wrong with the girl at least she can hand over the order through window but she is very rude and dumb.If manager or TL reading this then please do the needful.

Only have been through drive-through majority of times for 5 years.Only dined in twice.Location is clean !Orders are taken correctlyStaff are pleasant and do their jobs.I wnjoy this location and feel my food orders are freash.Dietary restrictions: Salads are gluten-free and can say what ingredients you dont want.Salads have always been fresh and fillingBaked potatoe is gluten free and sour cream comes in a package.Kid-friendliness: There is plenty of room inside to sit as a family.Very clean.There is no play room, which is fine considering wendys does not offer that.I actually like that they dont offer one tbh.
Found small crunchy bits on my breakfast muffin. Turns out they were eggshells after I found a massive one. Found out after I was almost done with it.Absolutely disgusting! How the hell does so much eggshell end up in a sandwich? How the hell are you cracking your eggs then cooking them to let this happen?!

I simply asked the lady if she could put my frosty and iced coffee into the same cup and you would think the answer would be no problem sure can do, but apparently they were unable to do that. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t be this disappointed if I didn’t just find out that the frostychinno was just frosty flavouring added into iced coffee.
