I’ve visited this Wendy’s location several times, and while most stores provide timely service, I’ve often experienced a 5-10 minute wait here, even late at night when there’s hardly any traffic. It would be great to see faster order readiness to improve the overall experience. Hopefully, this feedback helps enhance the service. Thank you!

I ordered on skip. These guys use sub par ingredients now, wilted sad looking burgers. They forgot the sour creme and all the condiments for our meal. Tried to call to rectify the situation but no answer.

My experience at the Wendy’s Scott Road location was extremely disappointing. There was no sense of holiday spirit or basic positivity in the store. The employees looked unhappy, and the overall environment felt dull and poorly managed.

I ordered a Triple Cheeseburger and a Single Cheeseburger. The meat in both burgers was completely overcooked—black in color, very dry, and impossible to chew. I went to the front counter to report the issue. At first, the employee said the meat was fresh, but after I showed the burger, they acknowledged the mistake and remade it. I waited about four minutes for the replacement.

While waiting, I had a conversation with the employee and asked why the store had no holiday decorations. I was surprised by the response. The employee said the store does not have enough budget for decorations or even a small Christmas gathering for staff, and that the focus is only on profit. Several employees openly expressed frustration about upper management, saying they feel unsupported and that their concerns are not taken seriously.
I want my replacement burger with money back.email me or respond back to me over here .i will come to this location and grab my money and 2 free combos.

Received potatoes on credit file. Much better, service was good. I honestly thought i was going to get drilled to get my 2 sour cream & chives potatoes. They even did it without even going to check any logs to confirm.

Came in on DEC 13, and order 2 meals and right after ordered extra large fries with the same cashier. They handed me my order and when I got home I was missing the extra large fries. Went back today to get Wendy’s for dinner and told them about the fries that were missing from DEC 13. The worker said he needed a receipt. I showed him the charge on my bank account for the large fries with the date but they said that since I have no receipt and that it’s been over 10 days even tho it hasn’t been 10 days that they can’t, instead offered me small fries which I didn’t accept since I paid for large fries. The manager came around the corner looked at me and turned around and walk away after the employee would go back to ask his manager twice. The worker said I should have came back the same or next day. Told him I’m going to leave a google review and he said okay. Attached the photo I showed the worker for the large fries 4.61$.

Horrible and very unhappy experience. It was my kids birthday and my kid wanted wendys burgers for himself and his friends. I ordered 5 deluxe ham cheeseburgers, got them delivered with none of them containing patties??? What are we supposed to eat? Just the buns? And the store doesn’t answer calls to note the complain.

visited Wendy’s today around 2:00 AM, and unfortunately the service was very poor. The staff member wearing goggles spoke in a rude and unprofessional manner. He did not know how to communicate respectfully with customers, which made the experience uncomfortable.

Terrible experience. Ordered spicy chicken sandwiches from drive thru window. Got home and opened the bag to this. Tiniest burger ever. This cheap location is now using the same buns from the JBC for all their burgers. Pathetic
