Does not open their lobby until 9 am they watched me stand at the front door for 40 min waiting for them to unlock the door they were also laughing.. what great staff I'll be sure to never return to Wendys again. Manager and cook should be fired.

I think you need new employees, the customer service is absolutely horrible. Yes, it is a fast food restaurant. There’s no excuse you are a business. The lady I spoke on the phone with today, was very rude. Also could barely speak English. Remember where you are and how you should treat people. Very upsetting to see, you will lose a lot of good paying customers over bad employees and bad behaviour.

The spicy chicken burger is so delicious and juicy. And fries are so fresh and crispy. I really loved it.

Their spicy chicken burger has spoiled me for others. Service was friendly and fast and precise. Nothing missed. Although their Sprite tasted like it had soda water added to it, that is the only odd observation. I have found this happening also at McDonalds on occasion as well. No biggie and it cuts down on my sugar intake which is a plus. Lol. Im also very pleased with their late hours as I stopped here on my way home from the Van fireworks

Pathetic customer service! Drive thru employee is like we don’t want any guests.. no hello no greeting no thank you nothing. She’s like take it and go. Come on guys!! You have time to talk to your team members inside. At least smile. I really hated my experience and it’s not the first time!
