Drive through for breakfast baconator, still waiting!!! 7 minutes so far. Poor service. So hubby walks in. Our food is sitting on counter no one brings it out and it's cold. Terrible do not come to this location..

I want to give today the max number of stars to the staff at Wendy's, they are just awesome!! Their customer service is always excellent, the team is consistently patient, attentive, and kind, I have 4 kids and we love to come and experience delicious quality food, kindness, and a lots of fun. They are special with families with children ❤. We will definitely will keep coming back to you!!!. Wendy's is very fortunate to have tremendous staff members!!! They exceed our expectations....

This Wendy’s is being run by cons. We went through the drive thru with a coupon, informed them we have a coupon and drove through the window to find that they didn’t process it. They immediately refused to give a refund and reprocess the order with the coupon, so essentially stealing the money from us because they also never gave us our food. The manager comes out and starts yelling at us about not receiving the coupon, even though I showed her that I had one and was only asking for a refund and a new order properly processed with the coupon (she never took the time to listen to what we were asking for)….she yelled, closed the window on us, and then proceeded to close the drive thru so as to not let other customers through. We stayed at the window for at least 10 minutes because they stole our money and didn’t even give us any of the food, only for a worker to hand us a cash refund and tell us to leave, with no offer to redo the order. They made a simple mistake (on their part) into a bigger problem…I would not trust these people with my money or my food. Don’t go to this location.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Staff didn’t take the coupon, over charged, refused to refund the difference then slammed the window and disappeared for 5-7 minutes, no food or refund and no staff in sight. I’ve never experienced anything like this. WOW!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. When making an order through the drive thru the first thing we said is we have a coupon for this order, the employee said okay and then took our order. When we went to pay she just stuck the machine out the window and took our payment. She never asked for a coupon and apparently never entered the coupon code in either. We asked if she could refund the amount and then charge us the coupon price and the woman rolled her eyes and went to get a manager. This is honestly the worst manager I have ever come across. She kept scolding us for not presenting the coupon when we first got to the window. We tried to explain that we did mention the coupon when ordering and then the employee just took a payment without asking us for the coupon or saying anything else to us. We just kept asking if she could just do the refund and she said she would only do it once she was basically done yelling at us. She was rude, condescending and unprofessional. They just closed the drive thru window without saying anything to us (taking our payment, not giving us the food we ordered) and then left us waiting there. They also seemed to close the drive thru as well because everyone behind us was having to drive passed us and park their cars.Don’t go here. These are the most unprofessional people I have ever come across. I was close to calling the non emergency police like on them for taking our money and just leaving us waiting without even telling us what they were doing. We came across three workers who were all truly horrible to us, literally yelling at us.

Asked for a large frosty, gave me a medium in a large cup. These indina ladies working there are pathetic and very lazy they rather talk then do thier job. I called 11 times and they blocked my number. How rude. They should go back to where they belong.

Told me cash only. Internet is down. All I had was US dollars and said IS currency is only equal to Canadian. What a scam and ripoff. I'll be reporting them to BBB and to their head office.

Ordered from them tonight on the skip app I ordered two baked potatoes and they sent me two orders of fries not what I wanted or ordered will never get from them again.

Ordered bacon cheddar cheese sauce baked potato with a frosty and nuggets. Order came to me as nuggets, frosty, and an ice cold serving of a small portion of fries, small slice of cheese, and bacon that I don't even think was fully cooked. When I called, they offered no refunds or trustworthy compensation. "Next time you order, note anything you want on the menu for free and we'll give it to you"? That is if you remember me. Totally unacceptable and not cool. Not ordering from this location again.
