DO NOT ORDER THE “BACON DELUXE” Sad amount of bacon on this sandwich! Ordered this afternoon Friday nov 28. Also only one small ring of onion, and one piece of lettuce. Definitely will drive a bit up the road to the next Wendy’s next time I’m craving a frosty!

Went to Wendy's this evening at 1115pm .I ordered a medium chocolate frosty a medium Carmel toffee frosty and small fries I leave the drive through noticed he gave me 2 medium chocolate frosty a go back through the drive thru and tell him about the mistake he made and asked him to fix . To the Carmel toffee and he goes and trys to charge me for it Iam like Iam not paying for it again and he then says no I charged you for one medium and one small if you charged me for one medium and one small then why did you give me 2 mediums then when I confront you for giving me the wrong kind you get all mad and say I can't have the medium that I had the first time I only get a small then closed the window on me this guy that works the Wendy's at this location at night . Should not be working this job actually the whole nighttime staff there is the most rudest arrogant people I ha e ever had to deal with at a fast food place you don't argue or uell at your paying customers and You don't blame them the customer for your screw up all he had to do was make it right and he refused by slamming the window shut everytome I go here the staff is always this way I will never ever again take my business there and I usually eat there alot but after tonight never again management. Do better with who you have working for you cause your night time closing staff really need some training on customer service

This Wendy's still has a relatively newly renovated look. It was clean and the staff were kind. The pop machine is similar to the ones in the movie theatres where you can add different flavours which was really nice. Would come back again.

I go here semi-regularly because it's close to work, but I think I'm going to stop. The drive thru gives me the wrong food about 20% of the time. Either they take my order wrong, make it wrong, or give me someone else's food. The staff is simply poorly trained. They don't have iced tea. And in the restaurant they have one of those fancy looking pop machines where everything comes out one nozzle, making every drink taste like mix of all the drinks. Blech. Don't waste your money here.

Something is definitely off with this Wendy's. The fountain drinks taste funny, with a moldy or stale taste. I got a good guess that machine has never been cleaned before. Burger was cold and did not taste great bit like cardboard. Fries were ok.

Lazy employees, cheap, cut corners, always get something wrong. Ordered two double JBC’s, bacon poutine and a frosty. One of the double JBC’s was a single both had one piece of bacon cut into two instead of two pieces of bacon like other Wendy’s and they just threw a piece of bacon cut in two on top of the poutine.

I enjoyed going to this location because it was very clean, the staff that I encountered were friendly and polite. It allowed me to have a small meeting with realtors, without feeling like we were overstaying. And of course, the food was hot and tasty. 😃
