Went through the drive thru got chicken strips and baconator both combos had to wait 20mins then go home find out I have no chicken strips very small amount of fries and stale burger waste of money!

I was excited to try the new Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger. What I got was so disappointing that the Wendy’s kitchen has to be cooking blind folded. There is absolutely no way, someone watched this burger being cooked or put together. I grabbed it in drive thru, when I got home, I could smell burnt food. My burger looked like it had survived a house fire. The bun was burnt black to destruction and they tried to hide it with mayo. Just a gross experience.

Went for a drive throu 5 mins ago. they gave me the wrong order. Tried calling for manager support to fix my problem but they always let it ring or worse answer then hung up! Come on Wendys Cloverdale we all work hard for our money too. But atleast be decent to handle complain as you guys are not cheap. Ordered mushroom poutine and gave me a cold fried and a cold burger.

Avoid this store at all costs! The food is extremely poor quality and the staff is unfriendly and inefficient. I had the misfortune of waiting almost an hour for my order, which was completely unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

I stopped to grab a bite of breakfast because I was very, very hungry. I'd never tried the breakfast menu and decided to try the bacon breakfast wrap. It was awful. Completely tasteless. I would give it a zero star rating if I could. When I opened the wrapping, I saw what I thought might be eggs, bacon and maybe hashbrowns or homefries inside. I took a bite, first of all it was cold, and it was mushy. I couldn't distinguish any sort of flavour, so I assumed the mush was eggs, but they had no seasoning and just no taste whatsoever. Then on my second bite I bit into something very, very dry, also tasteless. When I looked at my food, it seemed I'd bitten into some bacon. How can bacon not have any taste???? I took another bite and bit into what I'm assuming were hashbrowns...by looking, I couldn't tell. This was just a complete waste of money.
