Sadly this is turning out to be a disaster from a highly rated one all within a years time. I trusted them despite 3 consecutive bad experiences of food quality before finally deciding to give a negative review. They were awesome previously and now you can clearly see the rush in food preparation from the taste which is clearly missing.

Their service is worst as it took them 40 minutes to get two food items and also half of the things in the menu weren’t available. I got panner sandwiches and I said no lettuce and if they can grill them, to which lady said yes to, all I got was raw panner and raw onion with salt on top and half cooked and the fries were not masala. The food was below what I expected it to be. And there were no napkins nothing given with the order. Really disappointing place…

Sirka have become my almost everyday stop. Their pastries and Sirka pyaaz paneer are heaven . Gagan is always very helpful. Her greetings with a smile and hospitality is definitely appreciable.

Ordered butter chicken and mutton rara.
Three stars for the butter chicken…but
ZERO stars for the mutton gosht rara.
Ordered mutton gosht rara and it was disappointing — watery and not tasty at all. I was expecting something rich and flavorful, but it just didn’t taste right. Hope the restaurant can improve the consistency and seasoning in the future. Definitely not worth the price.

Hi, please work on reducing order preparation time, when we call it is informed 25 to 30 minutes and it takes more than 45 minutes or so, and we need to wait outside by following up again and again!
I ordered food from Sirka Indian through the Uber Eats app, and the food arrived completely cold. When I contacted the owner to explain the issue, instead of addressing the problem, he started making excuses and spoke very rudely. He didn’t listen or take any responsibility for the poor service. Very disappointing experience — I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

The food TASTE is AMAZING !! Knocks you out every time. Its a TAKE OUT place only & Quite expensive for its size. You can NOT have 2 comfortable servings with the regular size entree (unless u eat like a bird). I love getting food from them but the cost & serving portion prohibits me from regular visits. Customer service is zero because every time miserable looking early 20s Various male staff members will come to front desk that barely acknowledge you or make eye contact & always make u wait even when u order online & provide more than 1 hour notice, they always seem disappointed to have a customer. However because of the AMAZING TASTE u have to put with it all. Honestly wish the owner would reSize the portion. Hate paying 20$ for 1 entree and not being able to eat comfortably twice. I have recommended this place to everyone i know hopefully the chef remains & quality does not deteriate. The white chole (which i dislike) were so rich in flavor - i was stunned that for the 1st time in my life they tasted good/not sweet & worth the money in a restaurant. Chicken Tikka was mouthful 10/10. Their dal is heavenly (just wish there was no standing oil in it.)

Wanted to give 0 stars, the worst Indian food I have tasted in Surrey, Its expensive than others and the taste and quality is the worst, the biryani was so sour and tasted nothing like it.. and spice level was so high. If anyone thinking to order from this spot , a clear NO, waste of money and time.

I ordered the hoshiarpur wale meat chawal combo on skip the dishes cause I have been hearing great things about it. Upon receiving, the gravy was missing. It was unfortunate. I called the restaurant and they admitted their mistake. It was so nice of them to deliver the missing item themselves cause I couldn’t pick up. They went above and beyond. Kudos to the owner and the amazing staff who never backs down from admitting and fixing mistakes. 🔥🔥🔥
