This White Spot location has always been top notch service. However, Sarah and Guy are next level awesome managers. They always go above and beyond the call of duty. In the past, Sarah has been amazing to deal with regarding large group reservations. She is accommodating and always provides service with a smile. This evening, she more than went out of her way to help me find my son’s retainer that he accidentally left at the restaurant. Any establishment would be lucky to have her as a manager. 👌🏽

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere: spacious, clean, with high ceilings and nice chandeliers. The food was what you’d typically expect from White Spot. I ordered my steak medium, but it arrived closer to well-done, which was a bit disappointing. Service was okay overall. It was busy on the weekend, and toward the end of the meal we felt a little rushed.

Nice ambience and food in general almost always. Recently though, the tall manager with a beard kept on showing up at our table and putting pressure and hinting us to hurry up and leave. Even our waitress was little startled. I understand it was a little busy but we didn't overstay by any standards either.

We love this White Spot because they have the best server, Anneta. I genuinely want to be friends with her! She’s so funny and amazing with kids. She anticipates their needs before they even ask, which makes the whole dining experience with kids a lot more relaxing. She’s an absolute gem and White Spot is lucky to have her.

Being from Victoria we hadn’t seen a Triple “O’s” like this. Love the concept. Very modern, an Old Style Car Shake Shop feel. Staff and food is great, as good as we have had in full White Spot Restaurants. Great place and worth a visit.

This was my first time at this White Spot location and it is definitely a hidden gem! The food was good, the atmosphere was so nice! They had it decorated and festive and I loved it. The server was amazing! She (Jadann?) recommended the most delicious salad, was attentive with refilling drinks, and was quick to check in on us.
