Its white spot, what's not to love? I had the lettuce wraps, which ended up being too spicy for me, but just order ranch, you'll be fine, trust me. I was there with coworkers and we can have fun anywhere. Everyones food looked great, service was a tad slow, the server said it was so busy with the handful of tables, but who am I to judge, we still stayed. Also, they don't charge an automatic 18% gratuity for tables over 6 people, so bonus.

I've gone there several times and they have a creepy bald guy that no matter were I sit he attaches him self to our table like clear across the restaurant. He is politely rude and brings the food cold.

Food and atmosphere were fine; standard for White Spot.Service was where they really fell off. I asked if I could order from the kids' menu as I'm a bariatric patient and can't eat full sized servings. The server didn't seem sure if he could do that (we got the sense he was new to working at this restaurant), so he got his manager. When I asked her if I could do this, explaining that other White Spots allowed me to do this without batting an eye, she came back with, "Which ones?" with very obvious (and very unnecessary) doubt in her voice. I quickly listed off the no fewer than four or five locations that have no issue with me doing this. She said that she'd let me do this, "just this once," and then left.I really don't appreciate this kind of "service". I'm basically explaining that I have a medical condition that prevents me from eating full sized servings and asked for very reasonable and simple accommodations to be made for me. If I were ordering this to go, there would be *zero* conversation about this. If I said I was allergic to hazelnuts and ordered a dessert with hazelnuts put on top of it, the kitchen would remove the hazelnuts without second thought. If I said I was Celiac, the kitchen would make sure there would be no cross contamination in preparing my food without second thought. This really isn't all that different so why do I get all this attitude?Add to that, they quite clearly wanted our table to leave after a point by the way they would very pointedly and repeatedly ask if there was anything else we needed or wanted. There were no parties waiting to be seated at the host station, there were no fewer than a half dozen available four tops in our section alone.So yeah, I definitely won't be making any active steps to return to this White Spot location. I'll continue to go to the other locations, like the North Road location in Burnaby, where they actually value my patronage.

It was a very nice dining experience for my wife and I although it was a bit noisy at the time.The food was great even at the increased price which has taken place at pretty much all restaurants these days.We will go back soon.

The food is horrible and disappointing. The dipping chicken tenders are the size of chicken nuggets, I could get frozen chicken tenders and make the same thing.The chicken sandwich is thinner than a chicken sandwich from KFC. The fries have no seasoning not even salt. It tasted bland and like frozen food that was just reheated.The worst part of all is that the wax paper ink bled into my food and I have green ink on my chicken. Oh yea and they advertise the dippin chicken with dipping in the name but won't give you your dipping sauce lol.The workers were not polite or professional either when the food was picked up.
