My husband and I wanted to go to Whitespot for dinner. Got seated right away, ordered the popcorn shrimp very good. Then had to wait half and hour for our hamburgers mine was warm his was the same. Got a small 1/2 scoop of salad with very little dressing. Time there 1 hour. We will not be back again. They need to get more cooks. Very disappointing

Never a person to greet you at the front. Wait for everything water menu... Staff is not friendly, not rude just kind of there. I ordered eggs bennie medium...they were super runny I could not eat that mess. Called the waitress she remembered me ordering medium eggs so they were replaced with actual medium cooked eggs. Can the cooks not read! Bad enough when the service is chilly but come on READ THE ORDER

Great White Spot location. Close to Guildford Mall. Staff and service was great. Food portions were average size. i went there twice in two months to find out the diet coke was very flat and not acceptable both times. You'd think this would have been fixed in the same week.
