Took a very long time to get our order in, took a very long time to get out food, had many cups/refills left on our table for long periods of time. food was incredibly salty for everyone at the table despite us all ordering differently things. service was okay.

A nice, quiet place to meet for breakfast. We were able to carry on a conversation without having to yell across the table. The staff was friendly and the service was great.

The food was good as usual. We were seated in the lounge area, in a booth with a skylight. It was so cold in there that they had a Presto Heater by the fireplace which doesn't seem to work. Waitress seemed miserable.

Worse experience ever! Our family is a regular customer to this white spot guildford location. However yesterday Sat we came for dinner and was not serve when sitting for over 20 mins with no water or anyone to greet us. No waiters or waitress even looked at us they had their head down and never even came to our area. I finally got up and spoke to the supervisor ? (Spanish lady) and she said can't you see we are all busy and your server will be with you. We waited another 10 mins and finally I got up and ask the waitress if she was our server she said yes and to wait. Finally when she came to take our order we sat another 45 mins and when we ask the server where is our food. We have been here now for over an hr. She said your food is still in the queue and gave me a snarky comment that I should have known it would be at least 45-1 hr wait! How would I know? I told her no way you are going to put that blame on us knowing and if we have known we would have not stay. So we told them we are leaving. She eyerolled and yes White spot u officially lost a loyal customer that comes every week. We will not only banned your restaurant but to let our family and friends know. The host should have inform everyone that walks in there that there will be a long wait.

We arrived early(5:15 pm),so that we could be in amd out relatively fast with kids. It wasn't to be, we got seated 15 minutes later and our burgers did not arrive for up to an hour. Our food was luke warm but we didn't complain because we were just glad to finally eat. This is not a first time to receive extremely slow service here. We are definitely not returning here.

Took my aunts and cousin for breakfast here and was very disappointed. Sunny side up egg was runny, bacon was half cooked not crispy and the shredded potatoes half cooked. I just wanted a regular bacon and egg breakfast with coffee and we have to order what is called a set menu which I find was pricey for a regular breakfast. Well it was all good since we had no choice but getting our food half cooked was a total disappointment and embarrassment to my aunts. And the coffee was terrible for how much it cost. I live around the area and thought it was convenient to bring family who's visiting from out of town here but that all change now. I made a mistake I should have taken them to Denny's and enjoyed a regular bacon and egg breakfast.

I rarely write negative reviews, but am writing on behalf of my family that went to this White Spot on Tuesday for brunch. My dad ordered the omelette, and although he’s not a picky eater by any means, he commented that something tasted “off” about the ham. My mom and sister tried the omelette, and quickly noticed that the ham had a rancid taste/smell and was clearly spoiled. Despite the restaurant being fairly empty, the server didn’t check in on them until the end of the meal. When my parents informed her about the issue, she told them that they should’ve told her when she’d checked in on them earlier, and there wasn’t anything she could do about it now - however, the first and only time that she’d “checked in” was when she’d initially served the food. My parents didn’t push further and paid the full bill, and simply asked for the manager to be informed of the issue. The server chose to ignore the comment and continued serving other customers.
I’m posting here because this overall service/experience is unacceptable in my opinion. I understand that when people aren’t pushy enough they tend to get brushed off, but as someone that’s worked in customer service - there’s a clear correct way to amend an issue with spoiled food, and unfortunately this particular server chose the clear wrong way.

The service was friendly and the restaurant had the space to accommodate my 7 months old nicely, with booth seating/high chair. The sever could have checked up on us for more water, especially the coffee refill.
The main driving factor that pushed me to make this review is the fact the double cheese burger I ordered arrived to the table cold. The fries were definitely not fresh from the fryer and the slices of cheese on my burger was not even slightly melted at all. I was extremely disappointed, as we ordered literally 5 burgers in total, one would assume the fries and patties would be piping hot when they arrive at the table.
I tried my wife's Chicken qaesadia, it was not bad. To the very least, it was hot and the cheese was melted, so that's a bonus.
The chicken strips and onion rings were nice and hot.
However, the fried coconut shrimp was not very appetizing. It looked dark and shriveled up.
We finished with a blueberry cheesecake, it seems like the kids liked it. No complaints there.
I didn't get to try to fish and chips, but it seems like it very nicely fried and the fish was moist.
I personally would not come back to this location. Reason being: lack of standard for the food they send out from the kitchen.
There are way better options to go eat for the prices they are asking.

Atmosphere wasn't the liveliest. Fireplaces were turned off the temperature was relatively cool; many of the customers were eating with their coats on. Customers with their coats on eating dinner should be assigned to management to turn up the heat. Temperature was just too cold. The burgers were good and well presented.

Food was very expensive for the amount and quality we received. We love white spot and it's out go too for burgers, but definitely will not be back for breakfast. Both Aldergrove and Langley locations are much much nicer inside.

We were attended at once when we arrived last night (Nov 24 around 6:30pm) since there were only few costumers inside. The guy with blond hair was nice but not the lady with the black hair. She stamped the set of fork etc on our table and she did it even more with the other set we requested since we found the fork in the first set to still have 2 pieces of rice inserted in between. I ordered the Nat ribs which is too salty same with the 2 salmons on top of the 2 oily Alfredo spaghetti which my daughters ordered. My husband ordered spaghetti bolognese which he said that my personally cooked simple spaghetti is much better. Maybe they just not that good in pasta and the lady was already tired since it’s already dinner time. Just so disappointed, it’s our first time.
Always live a great meal at Whitespot, Thier Turkey on my last was great, to bad the management didn't have enough people working that night.

Came in a few days ago for dinner. Nadeen was our server and she was amazing!! She made really good drink suggestions, she made sure we had everything we needed and she was so nice. Our food and drinks were delicious!!! We will definitely come back to this location.
