This was an absolutely fantastic dining experience. The food was incredibly delicious, perfectly cooked and full of amazing flavor. Every single dish we tried was a delight. What really stood out was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and going above and beyond to make our visit special. It's rare to find a place that has both excellent food and top-notch hospitality. I highly recommend White Spot to anyone looking for a wonderful meal and exceptional service. We will definitely be back again soon. Easily a well-deserved five stars!

$25 fish and chips haddock, the end of a batch of fries ( small bits ) and $4.55 for watered down fountain coke. Not coming back.

Waited 15 minutes for them to bring someone out for me to place a to go order. I asked “do you guys still have the cheeseburger pirate pack?” they said yes. Then I find out that they’re charging $2.75 extra per burger to make it a cheeseburger. A hamburger plus cheese should have been the response, they should have said that it was extra for cheese. I even had to wait 5 minutes and find out after they placed the order in the kitchen that there was an up charge. Waste of time and horrible service. Half the place was empty, like be for real.

The experiences today are really bad. Food: The quality of sirloin steak is not that good. I ordered medium. It is still really hard to chaw down. Maybe it is the white spot standard in white rock. Service: During the dinning time, the skinny waitress with glasses and long hair only asked us before we start to eat. Before we paid the bill, she even didn’t ask everything ok or no. After I told her about today. She said she gonna reported to the chef and manager. However, until we were leaving, the waitress just saw us leaving. There is no other people checked back. I know you starts from 1982. But the way you treat your customers made me feel disappointed.
I don't like complaining about any restaurant but this particular day that we were there, it seemed like everything would go wrong. Service was not good because, once one complaint was made about something, the server's attitude completely changed and was just not white spot worthy. We've enjoyed going to White Spot at different locations, It's always our go-to place for the kids. For some reason this time around, it just wasn't happening, so either people were having a bad day in the kitchen, The server was having a bad day. I'm just not sure what was going on, it was one of those days.

Ordered out. Waited an hour for the food, and 10 minutes before pick up the restaurant called to say they were out of rice and asked if we wanted to sub the Chicken Broccoli Cheese dish with mashed potatoes. How do you run out of rice? Why would you wait almost an hour to call? Why am I still being charged full price when half of the meal is missing? At the very least, give us the choice to order something else. Disappointing experience, to say the least. White Spot keeps getting more pricey while the food and customer service keep getting more disappointing.

Spent 50$ on two burger dinners , asked for lettuce and tomato on mine got a little bit of shredded lettuce and no tomato. Bun was day old and dried up and my fries were full of bits and ends of fries. Wife's burger had a dried up bun and very little lettuce as well , for 50$ I could go to A&W and get better quality of food for less $$$
