We came as a family of 8 including kids who are 2 years old and 4 months baby. Staffs are very friendly. Atmosphere is very nice. Food was great as well except for the calamari we ordered. It cost $19 for a very tiny cut and portion was way too small for the price you pay. It's on a regular plate with just few squid on the plate. Would not recommend this item on their menu. But unfortunately, my son in law Bellini drink took 10 to 15 minutes to arrive at the table which my son in law ask twice when it's coming. Food starter came and we do not have cutleries on the table. But there's a service charge of 18.00%. for 8 people automatically. I was wondering why would they charge me $48.56 for service fee when the eight person is only 4 months old? The server should know that ???? Not coming back with the family dinner.

Had a business meeting mid day Sunday, great wings, and the service was gòod
First of all Jen and Ann fantastic mangers...My buddy invited me out to wings restaurant... First waitress fantastic...I let Jen know!...second waitress ignores me completely but attends to my friend..I chalk up to her being busy...comes again ignores me again takes my friends drink order..both our glasses are empty..but ignores me again..I have had no interaction with this person at all not sure what the attitude is about...I go to the bar to get my drink...Jen (manager) notices ..Twice I tell bartender lady the waitress won't take my order..she just kinda ignores me...waitress sees that Jen sees me having to go to the bar to get a beverage..I go back to my table...later we are already to go....waitress comes back what can I get you with attitude..as she knew I complained..We spend over 200 bucks...even if we didn't everyone should be valued...seriously!!!

I have been pick food from this location over 10 years . I am sorry to say customer service has gone to garbage .. i picked my food last night 2 set of wings and garlic parm fries .as i reached home i started to eat and wings i opened my fries they were plain with no seasoning no garlic , i called the manager back she said she needs to investigate as called me back she said come back we will make u new ones .. on my way i called her back as u have screwed my order and making me come back again can u atleast upgraid my fries to texas , and she refused it right away saying well this was what was screwed we will give u same ones , i took other box of fries with me just to show . The girl over the counter were nice and she offered i can take that box of fries to but as i am the only one who was eating i cant eat that many fries.i picked my fries came back home and now my wings were cold .. they need to understand customer dont pay for his food to came back 2 times just because some did a mistake in kitchen ..
