Of all the wings restaurants I’ve been to, the Surrey location is by far the best! The staff are always friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The manager, Anne, is an absolute gem—every time we visit, she goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy and satisfied. She treats everyone like family, with genuine compassion, care, and outstanding customer service.
The food is amazing, the service is excellent, and the best part is the personal touch and VIP treatment you receive. A special thank you to Anne and our wonderful server yesterday—you truly made our visit memorable. We appreciate you all, and we will definitely be coming back again and again.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. All because of the manager named Anne.
I came in with a few friends for a fun night out but the second we sat down it became clear that something was seriously wrong. The atmosphere was tense. Not because of the staff but because of the manager Anne who spent the entire evening yelling at employees in front of customers.
She spoke to them like they were children. Snapping. Raising her voice. Rolling her eyes. At one point she scolded one of the servers so loudly that everyone nearby turned to look. It was awkward and uncomfortable. You could tell the staff were doing their best but it was like they were constantly on edge because of her.
Our server was kind and professional the whole time even while being treated so poorly by their own manager. It was honestly hard to enjoy our meal knowing what was going on around us. I’ve never been to a restaurant where the biggest problem wasn’t the food or the wait time but the manager’s attitude.
Anne’s behavior made the entire experience stressful. No one should have to witness that while dining out and definitely no employee should be treated like that at work. It was unprofessional disrespectful and completely unnecessary.
The food was decent but I won’t be coming back. Not until Anne is no longer in charge. Her attitude alone is enough to ruin the entire place.

I have been a loyal customer of Wings long before Anne became a part of the team. I first met her when she was a server, and over the years, I have watched her grow into her role as a manager. Throughout this time, Anne has consistently shown kindness, professionalism, and dedication from the moment I walk in until the moment I leave.
Having seen many managers come and go, I can confidently say that Anne has been a steady and positive presence at the restaurant. My family has dined at Wings for years—my kids started coming as teenagers and now return with their own families. We have always had positive experiences and never encountered any issues.
At no point have I ever seen or suspected Anne to be under the influence of alcohol. She regularly stops by our table for a friendly chat, and she always presents herself in a professional manner. There has never been any smell of alcohol or any inappropriate behavior—just respectful, courteous service.
I frequent Wings often—for date nights, birthday celebrations, and casual meals. I’ve never hesitated to recommend the restaurant to my friends and family.
The recent review I read criticizing Anne was, in my opinion, completely unfair and baseless. If there were concerns, they should have been addressed privately and not through a public review that lacks credibility. Based on my many experiences, I strongly believe that the accusations are entirely false and do not reflect the Anne that I—and many others—have come to know and respect.

I’ve noticed something concerning during a few of my recent visits, specifically involving one of the managers, Anne. While she was speaking to us, there was definitely a smell of alcohol on her breath. It gave the impression that she might have been under the influence while on shift, which felt really unprofessional.
This is not the first time I’ve noticed it either. At first, I did not want to assume anything, but after it has happened more than once, it is hard not to say something.
Anne is very nice to customers, but almost to the point where it feels forced and uncomfortable. I also noticed she only seems friendly with a small group of employees. With everyone else, she comes across as passive or even rude. That shift in energy is noticeable even from the outside.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable for someone in a leadership role. It creates an uncomfortable environment and should not be ignored.

I left my review because I witnessed behavior that made me uncomfortable as a customer including how staff were treated and the overall unprofessional environment
I returned recently and was shocked to see you clearly intoxicated while on shift which confirms this is an ongoing serious issue rather than an isolated incident
Your response to my review is concerning It avoids addressing the real problems and instead shifts responsibility back onto me as if I should have come to you directly This approach feels manipulative and does not reflect accountability
Given the nature of the complaints it would have been more appropriate for someone other than yourself to respond Your reply raises questions about professionalism and intention which only adds to my concerns
No I will not be contacting you directly to discuss this as you suggested That would be unreasonable given the circumstances
It is not the responsibility of a customer to confront a manager who is creating a toxic workplace and compromising safety through misconduct I spoke up because I care and expected these issues to be taken seriously but clearly that has not happened
If this behavior continues it risks the safety and well-being of both staff and customers I urge the company to recognize the severity of this situation and take immediate corrective action before further harm occurs
If nothing is done I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to higher management and external authorities to ensure the issues are addressed
This review will remain public to inform others and maintain pressure for necessary change I hope HR and senior management carefully consider this feedback and act decisively

Terrible location that is lacking effective management. They have no problem insulting regular customers and the food is substandard! Do not buy into the responses to reviews. Those are all hollow words without an ounce of sincerity. There are so many better restaurant choices locally so do not waste your time on Wings.

Fantastic food, fantastic people. My wife and I stopped in for an early dinner one evening on a Sunday and had a wonderful experience in dining. Highly recommended. we will definitely be going back.

Great place for families and friends to gather, Sam our waitress was amazing and provided great service!
Wings Surrey has been a go to spot for me & my lady for the last 2 to 3 years …. We would dine in 2 to 3 times a month and have tried most items on the menu …. We always have had a great dining experience! Tonight I took my daughter for dinner and she ordered the perogies and I got the Friday night New York steak special …. This was my daughter’s 1st time to wings and when we were served her eyes immediately lit up as her dish looked so good and tasted amazing …. My steak dinner is always awesome and never disappoints ! The service we received was second to none as usual ! I will continue to enjoy wings probably more now that my daughter has tried the perogies !

I was worried that the service might suck because of the reviews, but the service was good and the wings were amazing. Don't forget to try the Bobby Wing while you're there, it's an absolute treat!
