Went for lunch on a Saturday. Place was half full. Good service by Anna. Loved both the Wings and sliders. Yam fries were fresh and hot. Will be back to try the other flavours of wings.
Wanted to try their Madri beer which was the special for the day. Unfortunately they were out of stock. Hopefully it's available next time.

I’ve been going to Wings Surrey for years, at least twice a week, and never had an issue until now. I went with my wife and we ordered two wings and the Big Texas fries. We couldn’t finish our food, so we asked for takeout boxes. The server told us there would be a surcharge and that we’d have to pay double just to take our own leftovers home.
I honestly don’t understand how it makes more sense to force customers to waste food rather than let them pack what they already paid for. Absolutely ridiculous. After being a loyal customer for so long, this was the worst service I’ve ever received. I won’t be coming back.

I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT, anytime I order in person OR from a delivery app I always get the BEST food! It’s always fresh, flavourful & warm! Thank you to all the employees and management of this restaurant! (I would recommend getting the Big Texas fries & mozzarella sticks with chillien chili sauce instead of bqq SO GOOD!

A few days ago I came in with my kid and it was honestly the worst service I have ever had here. We ordered wings and the first ones came out cold. The server took them back and brought a second order that was also cold and then a third one that still was not hot so we just ate them because my son was hungry and I did not think it was the servers fault at all. I even still tipped because the server was trying their best and none of this was on them. When the new manager with the pink hair came over she already had attitude before I even said a word. Her body language was completely off and the whole interaction felt weird from the start. I had never seen her before and I actually wanted to talk to her and see what she was like but she was rude right away. I told her what happened because I am a regular and I just wanted to let her know and I was not asking for anything. She cut me off and said there is nothing she can do even though I never asked for anything. When I tried to explain again she said okay have a good day then and walked away while I was mid sentence. After that I asked one of the other workers what her name was and they said it was something like Mari or Mai. As she was leaving I said I do not think I will be coming back after this and she turned around and said that is fine we do not need you. I could not believe a manager would talk like that to someone who has supported this place for almost ten years. I was polite the whole time and she was rude for no reason. Managers should not treat people like that and it is insane I was treated like this after being a regular for so long. This whole situation actually ruined my week and I have never written a review before but this was so bad I felt like I had to say something and I am not coming back.

Wings were tasty but the service lacks. Took an unusually time to get a cocktail (only to be old they can’t make it) and then even longer just to get a coke instead. A long wait to get the attention of your server and to get the bill. Overheard other people having the same issue.

I never been so upset with the lack of service and how they have no respect for Canadian Sports. Lucky they even put on the Canuck Games. Service has really gone down hill. Been there a few times and the place is mostly empty and now I know why. Would not recommend.

Really disappointed. Just one server for 10–15 tables. Our food came cold and didn’t taste fresh. I’ve had much better experiences at other Wings locations. This one really needs to improve its staff management and service standards.

Food was good. But be ready to wait. A long time. One of us ordered a drink when the food finally arrived, drink showed up after we'd finished eating. And you won't hear anything your table mates are saying because the TV speakers were deafening. And in a cold, rainy day, it was freezing cold inside. We won't go back.

Wings graciously offered to host our 85-person, all-ages Oktoberfest this past weekend. The managers were VERY accommodating to our group from the very moment we connected with them looking for a venue. Price, menu options, drink specials-everything was clearly outlined from the start…the wings team was so nice they even set up a shared group chat AND made us an excel form to take preorders from guests. I actually will miss corresponding with them now that the event is over! Everyone was very pleased with the evening-the food, environment and service. Wings was very flexible with their space too- we could play games, parade around in dirndles and even sing German songs and no one told us to keep it down. Thanks Wings team for an awesome evening!
