The best price to taste and value omakase in the area. We tried the Omakase Kaiseki Dinner for $88.00 a person and it was marvellous! It tasted exactly like food in Japan and it was like we were whisked away to Japan. Every dish was artfully made with skill and beauty. Every item tasted 9/10 to 10/10. Highlights were the grilled eel nigiri, Hokkaido Uni nigiri, monkfish liver, and miso soup with clams. The ingredients were top notch and it was a super fun experience with so much variety. Highly recommend this omakase experience. Book early as when we went, they were already fully booked until the next year!

The experience was very horrible. We arrive at the restaurant only to find out they have cancelled my reservation. I had to booked my reservation six months in advance and they can only confirm reservation by a phone call. They have advised me they wrote down my number wrong leading to my cancellation. I’ve confirmed with them numerous times during my reservation booking they had my correct number and they confirmed they had. You need a better system to track your reservations because we were a family who flew in from Toronto to attend this omakase.
We had a great authentic Japanese omakase experience here. We waited 5 months to get reservation and it was worth it! Delicious fresh sashimi at a reasonable price. My favorite was probably the grilled cod, the uni and striped jack sashimi, but it was all excellent. The only small thing that I have to say is that I would have liked to sit at the bar to get the full piece-by-piece service of the sashimi. Aside from that, my spouse and I enjoyed indulging in fresh sushi for our anniversary. Will be recommending to our friends and family!
