This was my favorite place to shop middle eastern products, the freshly baked bread and pies are amazing. But now I love it even more because they have products from Sudan too. We don't have to travel to another country to get what we need. Million thank to the owners đ€©
Theyâre scammers. They add items on the receipt and over charge their customers. This is the second time this happens to me. The first time that happened I went back to the store and they gave me my money back without even questioning it as if theyâre used to doing this. This is the second time, I live too far to keep going back to the store. Check your receipts!!!! They charge it under MISC (miscellaneous items) and make up their own price of what they want to charge you. What a shame coming from a halal business!
Hi,
We faced an issue in this store when we asked to cut the liver to buy it. They refused but we bought it.
We highlighted and complain in the TikTok page then they blocked us so we canât complain .
Bad customer service attitude and unprofessional reaction instead of solving and fixing .
Very good
Had a great experience shopping at Zad market, felt like shopping back home. Now itâs our favourite place to go.
I buy groceryâs and meat from them, good service and fresh meat.
Best halal store in the area, specially for meat. Shahrukh brother is nice in his dealing and always undetstand the needs of the customer.
By far the best place to get halal meat and different types of bread and other middle eastern groceries. I interact with Shahrukh and Mohammed, who are the stars of the meat section, they help and guide you in fulfilling the requirement. I was surprised to find sidr honey in the store..overall a wonderful store with very efficient and co operative staff....
Very nice guy, helped me find what I wanted and even shared his recipe, taught us how to make mandi.
These people are rude and disrespectful!

This is my go to place to buy meat and groceries. The place is so neat and clean and the staff and the owner are so friendly and helpful. The meat is fresh and good quality with reasonable price.
Halal food
I usually donât check my receipts, but today I went to Zad Al-Khaeer Market with some friends to buy meat and groceries. While loading the bags into the car, we noticed we had two bags of charcoal. I stayed in the car to check the receipt and see if I was charged for one or two, so I could return the extra. Thatâs when I noticed I had been charged for an additional item I didnât purchase.
This isnât the first time something like this has happened. On a previous visit, I was overcharged by about $25, and when I brought it up, the explanation was that it was the end of the day and mistakes happen.
Today, when I politely mentioned the issue again and suggested updating the system to avoid repeated errors, the cashier who named Raaed got upset and defensive, saying things like âI donât steal moneyâ and âI have millions in Jordan.â I never accused anyone of stealing I was simply pointing out a recurring issue that has affected me and others I know.
A simple apology and a willingness to look into improving the system wouldâve been enough. Instead, it turned into an unnecessary argument.
I recommend others double check their receipts before leaving the store. Hopefully, the management takes this feedback seriously and makes some improvements.
Not happy with their service rude and arrogant doesnât care about existing customers
