I interact with Shahrukh and Mohammed, who are the stars of the meat section, they help and guide you in fulfilling the requirement. I was surprised to find sidr honey in the store..overall a wonderful store with very efficient and co operative staff....

This is my go to place to buy meat and groceries. The place is so neat and clean and the staff and the owner are so friendly and helpful.The meat is fresh and good quality with reasonable price.

I usually don’t check my receipts, but today I went to Zad Al-Khaeer Market with some friends to buy meat and groceries. While loading the bags into the car, we noticed we had two bags of charcoal. I stayed in the car to check the receipt and see if I was charged for one or two, so I could return the extra. That’s when I noticed I had been charged for an additional item I didn’t purchase.
This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. On a previous visit, I was overcharged by about $25, and when I brought it up, the explanation was that it was the end of the day and mistakes happen.
Today, when I politely mentioned the issue again and suggested updating the system to avoid repeated errors, the cashier who named Raaed got upset and defensive, saying things like “I don’t steal money” and “I have millions in Jordan.” I never accused anyone of stealing I was simply pointing out a recurring issue that has affected me and others I know.
A simple apology and a willingness to look into improving the system would’ve been enough. Instead, it turned into an unnecessary argument.
I recommend others double check their receipts before leaving the store. Hopefully, the management takes this feedback seriously and makes some improvements.

Good arabic groceries store the problem here they are more pricey than other arabic groceries. The worst thing here is no price tag on most of the products. No one likes to ask about the price for every product he is interested in.
