I was in town for work and I was craving a hot bowl of pho on a cold day. I ordered the special and it was quite good! The broth was well flavoured and it came quickly. I would return!

Ordered the pho special beef soup and spring rolls. Both were not like what I had before. Maybe there is more competition down south, so the pho and rolls are made better. This was lacking in both flavor, and beef texture. It won't be a place I'd order from again, when in town for work.

I only went to bamboo house once a couple years ago, and I’m never going back. I got the Pho and when it arrived, the noodles were stuck together in a solid clump in the bottom of a bowl of almost flavourless broth with a few pieces of meat floating around. I’d rather spend the time and money to drive out to Prince rupert to get good Pho than go to bamboo house again.

There was two of us and we were seated right away. The meal was WAY better than expected. The prices were the best for Chinese food in town and I would say better than anyplace else. The atmosphere was nice, and clean, not too loud, and the service was fantastic. Very accommodating. I also got some food to go, and it was a lot bigger portions than the other popular spots. Surprisingly a great eating out experience. Will definitely make this place a regular place to go. Highly recommend!

Me and my family of 5 waited for over 40 minutes. Poeple who recently came in around 10 minutes, was served first. Not to mention it wasn't busy at all:( Bamboo went down hill unfortunately.
