Based on the reviews, Blue Fin Sushi Bar serves delicious, fresh food with excellent quality ingredients. Popular meals include the special roll, volcano roll, and the captain cook boat. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The food can take a little long, and the price is expensive, but you pay for what you get. The portion could be bigger. The restaurant uses cheap, splintery chopsticks. The owners are absolutely amazing and hire the best people. It is by far the best restaurant in the north and an all-time favorite.
