They can always answer questions about the food and drink items on the menu. The specials for rolls and cocktails are a nice touch. Ordered the spicy roll on special the last time with jalapeno slices which was very good. The Alaska and Northern Lights rolls were excellent. The simple items are always quality too, like the edamame and miso soup. Their seaweed salad has a crispness and is better than other local sushi places. There are several options for sake, and Japanese beers. The tables are laid out well for the size of the restaurant with about 4 chairs for bar seating.Kid-friendliness: My kids have eaten here many times and enjoy it

Food and service is wonderful, the staff are happy, actually like each other and working there and know my order at this point. Has a wonderful atmosphere as well. There are other things to eat aside from sushi with seafood in it as well (I am allergic) so there are options.

Tasty and filling Sushi. I only tried the fried Sushi rolls but they were delicious. Very good green tea as well. Service was fine and the atmosphere was okay but could be a bit brighter and more original.Parking: Free parking lot across the street.
A very big variety in sushi and other Japanese staples make it always a worthy trip.Bit pricy but so is sushi almost always. Owners are usually there every night to keep an eye on service , which is as it should be and it shows in the end.
