We ordered a kids meal for my son and they told us they were out of ice cream for the Sunday. Instead of offering us a free upgrade, we had to pay. Then the waiter brought out the wrong dish for myself so I had to wait for the correct order and wait while my family ate without me. I am not too bothered by that, as mistakes happen, but I was a bit shocked that nothing was offered for the inconvenience. Ok service, ok food but great environment
Waited an hour for food, only to be told they gave our order away. I paid when I placed the order, so I was told I could not get a refund. They took my number and told me I can maybe get a credit after they "talk to their manager." Even tho I was told that the guy I was talking to about the mix up was the manager.
