First visit to White Spot, Terrace, BC with a very bad service experience. There were no cutlery, napkins, plates or water provided without request. We reached the restaurant at 7.55PM and probably they should just close the restaurant by 8 because the staff had no interest in taking order or serving. They kept reminding us that the kitchen is closing and made us feel like we should not be ordering anything. They had no clue about the menu and they said their machines weren't working to make us a drink. The kids menu came with a dessert which was not served and when asked about it they said that the kitchen was closed. We couldn't enjoy our food and they were waiting for us to leave. Really don't appreciate such service for the cost of food. Very rude service experience

Ordered dinner for two via Uber Eats for delivery to a local hotel, delivery tracking seemed off, we waited in the lobby 10 minutes before the order was meant to arrive. After waiting an additional for 10 minutes the order arrived, hot food was cold, cold food was warm. A desert with whipped cream was put on top of the originally hot entrees. Requested condiments and utensils were not provided. Driver claimed the the order originally could not be delivered and had been returned to White Spot, where he ?? In turn had picked it up and completed the delivery. Uber offered a 2.00 credit on this 67.00 order. Told us for any other recourse we had to call White Spot. I fault the restaurant for not getting the order correct, I fault Uber for the delayed delivery.....

Horribly slow service. Ordered a basic breakfast, eggs with cheese, Hash browns, and toast with butter and jam on the side to go as i was staying in the hotel. Took 35 minutes to make and when I got up to my room I saw the eggs had no cheese, the hash browns burnt, and all my bread was soaked in butter with only 1 pack of jam for 4 slices. Pathetic

Just sat down for an hour waiting for our food, finally got well I was hoping for a good breakfast but it was cold, my wife’s breakfast was nice and hot, the cheese on my omelette was dry,cold as well as the smash browns,,, yuk… and I still had to pay 30+ for my wife’s pancakes and orange juice 🤦🏽♂️ wasn’t even busy either.
Sandra gave me a nice service and food was perfect . Will be back again

The food was just what I needed to start my day on the right foot, the service was great. Sandra took good care of me. The highest praise I can give is when the staff doesn't ask you how the food is when your mouth is full. Atmosphere was peaceful and the music was almost as tasteful as the food.

We used to bring the kids here quite a lot when they were younger, Pirate Packs and milkshakes where a Terrace go to. Unfortunately we stopped coming after a while because the food quality went a little south. After Riverboat Days the kids decided they wanted to reminisce with Pirate Packs, and I ordered a steak. The meal was so delicious I actually had to ask the manager if they had hired new chefs, and lo and behold that was the case lol The mashed potatoes were wonderful, the broccoli was the perfect texture, and the steak was absolutely exceptionally cooked and beautifully seasoned. It will far superior to what you would expect from a chain restaurant. Not to mention they now have a gluten-free dessert, so I needed to be rolled out of there lol I also have to mention the service was wonderful, our servers Jasmine and Roma were lovely.
