I feel bad leaving a one star as our server was great. she made sure our drinks were full was very kind and attentive. My grandmas breakfast did came out ice cold but we didn’t expect much as it is white spot. As I have worked many positions throughout a restaurant for years I know winter can be a hard time for servers so we did not complain and left a generous tip. However immediately regretted giving them our business as the manager is one of the worst people I have ever encountered. As we got up to go my sister decided to use the washroom for a second time during the meal. To which a manager got up to follow her in and tell her she cannot use the toilet as he already saw her use it earlier. He was sitting at a table with 4 other people who appeared to be management position. The two women looked very uncomfortable with the interaction happening but no one did anything. As I read some reviews I can tell our experience is not a unique one, hence the empty restaurant. Do better white spot!

We dined in today at lunch in White Spot it was fully packed but servers made a way to accommodate us. Food are delightful and servers are very friendly especially Romi. I'm surely coming back again and i'll recommend this restaurant to my friends.

I came in pretty close to closing and didn’t realize. They kind enough to make me up some food and I took it to go so they could get their tables cleaned up. Much appreciated!

We had a party of 6. the waitress got all of our orders wrong, all of our food came out cold, she insisted that it had just come out and that we had to eat the food we were given. We had already waited 40 minutes to get the food and had to wait another 15 to get the manager to help us. They kept insisting that we eat what we were given and did not want to give us a discount as well as pay for what we did not order. I will not be going back and don’t think anyone should eat there with the kind of service they provide

When we arrived there was only one family there, we waited about 15min or more for the waitress to take our drink order she didn't even get that right, my grandson waited so long for his vanilla milkshake, when we finally got to order our food it must have been about an hour, and the food came cold. Poor service seen 3 waitress but only one working.

There was only one family in the restaurant when we arrived. Other families that arrived were all white and got excellent service. The two Indigenous families including my own were served last. With cold food. Too bad because we love the food and I usually tip good for good service. We will not be returning! There are way better restaurants in Terrace that will provide good service to my family and we are treated with respect and dignity!
Service was extremely slow, food was cold, and not up to usual standards. Not sure what is happening because it’s always been good. Bathroom taps not working in women bathroom

So I guess we went on a busy day or completely understaffed. Had to ask for a second cup of coffee and it took 10 mins. Not enough creamer served and had to ask for extra which took more time. Waited over 45 mins for our breakfast and the eggs were so raw on the Benedict. I could not eat this. Left without eating and just a bad experience.

We highly recommend white spot in terrace! We come here every Sunday for brunch...they are very good with regards to helping with wheelchair access as well which is sometimes hard to find! Servers great! Management great! Will always drive an hour from kitimat to come here:)
