Amazing seafood chowder. Made a 12 hrs drive totally worth it. And the panko shrimp....to literally die for!!! Lightest panko ever. Kudos. Will be back for more. Possibly in an hour!! It was that good.

Ended up going here with my sister because it was dog friendly. Food was delicious !!! When I originally called to inquire if they were dog friendly, the man on the phone was so nice I of course had to go! I showed up & he included my dog as a member ( table for 4 vs. 2) in addition to the good food they have spray bottles for vinegar which I personally haven’t seen before but it is a huge GAME CHANGER! 100% will be stopping here again!

Stopped by Big Daddy’s Fish Fry and really enjoyed the experience. They have a dog-friendly patio, which is a big plus for pet owners.
We tried the burger and the fried chicken! Both were tasty, crispy, and satisfying. They also offer some fun special drinks; I had the mango-flavoured canned drink, and it was refreshing and surprisingly good.
Great spot for a casual meal with your pup and some comfort food done right.

Amazing Halibut and chips! It was the best fish n chips I’ve ever had! It was thick and crispy. Coleslaw was really refreshing. Everyone must check this out in Tofino.

We had read reviews on here and seen YouTube videos and decided to give this wonderful place a go. What a hit!
From the moment we were met by a wonderful lady who took our order to when our BC halibut fish and chips arrived, the whole experience was nothing but perfect.
The food then. Oh my goodness who knew that halibut could be encrusted in delicious panko and fried to perfection this way. Served with great fries and a delicious apple coleslaw.
We paid $28 Canadian each and this was great value for money. The food here is bang on perfect.
Oh and check out the brilliant way they serve vinegar, in a spray bottle. Such a brilliant idea.

I ordered the one piece lingcod fish n chips for $22. The fish n chips is quite expensive for the size of fish received. It is what it is but just fyi. It tasted great, the outdoor seating is lovely
The one drawback was the lady at the window was lecturing everyone on their seating choices and giving orders on where people should sit. I understand if a party of one or two sat at a table for six but the majority of patrons pick a table for their party size. I had to sit a 3 person table instead of the bar due to hip issues and not being able to stretch to a stool.
If you are this concerned you need a please wait to be seated sign or something. It was frustrating to listen to for my entire meal - which was really good
