Gary’s Kitchen is a great spot for affordable and tasty Chinese food in Tofino. It’s a take-out-only place, and your order usually takes about 15 minutes to prepare—just enough time to browse the liquor store conveniently located next door. The location is easy to find with plenty of parking available.

I’m not writing this review after having Gary’s. I’m writing this review after having Chinese food at a different establishment on Vancouver island.
We ordered the usual suspects from this other establishment; chicken chow mein, sweet and sour pork, fried rice. It was good, but that was it.. just good.
