When in Tofino, always eat at our favorite restaurant, Shelter Restaurant. Be sure to make a reservation and you will not be disappointed. Enjoyed what we felt was the best seat in the house as we ate and watched the boats go by and the sun set. Service is always amazing, staff attentive and friendly and meals out of this world. Be sure to eat the salmon.
Our best meal in Tofino. Lovely halibut but the Brussels sprouts stole the show! Beautiful views from our table. Good service throughout the night. I’d love to come back again and definitely recommend Shelter if you’re in town.

The atmosphere is always warm, the calamari, tuna tataki and jalepeno Cesar are some of our go to eats.
Today the bartender who moved to town from Quebec served us lunch by the window and it was another wonderful time in Tofino!
