Such a fun concept - you get to pick your ice cream, topping, and sauce. The vanilla ice cream was creamy, flavorful, and the perfect base for all the toppings. Worth the stop for a sweet treat!

I liked the vegan vanilla ice cream. Not too sweet and vanilly, I saw the black vanilla seeds so it's real. Other option would've been a berry sorbet and add-ons/ toppings.

At $8 for an ice cream, this was possibly the most disappointing ice cream I have ever tried. The ice cream itself didn't taste like much, quite watery, and then they just had two balls of cookie dough and some syrup. The line was so long but that's because the service was just really slow. Shocked that people were enjoying it. My friends all tried mine and it became the joke of our trip to Tofino how bad this ice cream was :( Just writing this here so you might not waste your money like I did

I stored in today. They did not have vegan chocolate soft serve, only vanilla. Unfortunately, it had minimal vanilla flavor and tasted like crushed ice. Do not recommend, unless you add toppings to give it flavor.

It is a popular place as per what i saw during my visit . But I felt the taste was not justifying it. I even saw an older couple just throw their ice cream almost immediately after tasting few spoons . I personally find the taste avg.
The service is good , the unique of the place is good as well like there is option for a lot of customisation. Overall i will say 3-4 stars is right rating .

This spot offers a choices for ice cream, and the prices are decent. However, I found the texture of the ice cream too smooth, it melted far too quickly, even though the weather wasn’t particularly warm. Overall, it’s a pretty average place. Nothing special, but not terrible either.
Easily the best ice cream/desert place I’ve ever had. The various combinations of desert toppings with the soft serve ice cream is top notch.

Ice cream was good. One of the staff members was touching her hair and then using the same hands to touch all the spoons afterward. Definitely made me question the hygiene standards there.
