We went to Tofino Brewing Co. for the beer, were intrigued by the look of the food truck, and absolutely floored by the food when it arrived. Fresh seafood, dynamite fried chicken, and cucumber salad that was simple and so delicious!
They were also super efficient.
We thought about that lunch for days to follow 😊

I didn’t know I needed this food truck in my life, but I’m glad it is. We ate here twice in 3 days and the food quality is on par with a quality Japanese restaurant; not what you’d expect in a brewery parking lot.

Overall wicked place to go while in Tofino, we try to make it a stop every time we are in the area. Always tasty, quick service, knowledgable staff and nicely located next to the Tofino Brewery.
