service was great food quality 95%. have been NFL that was 90%. Thanks hats off chefs
Nothing vegan on the menu but we got a gift card so gave it a try. Called ahead and they said the chef could make us something. Ended up having some tasty mocktails and the chef made me a fiddlehead pesto pasta. It was decent but probably wouldnt return tbh unless they added more vegan stuff, but I really appreciated the flexibility.
Great food and creative dishes presented beautifully.

There is so much hype around this place that made me really want to give it a try. The food is good- but not exceptional or memorable in any way. The mocktails are extremely overpriced for what they are. I ordered The Orcle and it was nothing more than just lightly flavoured soda. While the dishes are unique in their own way, they lacked depth and flavour. I can’t necessarily say the service was bad- it was fine. However, it really lacked that warm and friendly Tofino service that is common at most places in town. This place screams city vibes rather than a small coastal town feel.

Fantastic experience. The menu was creative, food was beautifully plated and delicious 😋 the potato crusted oyster was a highlight and the cedar sour, a twist on the whiskey sour, but we enjoyed everything we tried. Prices are high but we felt it was worth the memorable evening in a lovely space

I think their food and atmosphere always speaks for itself, but on this occasion, their customer service in handling some nuanced giftcard issues was top-notch. Would 100% recommend, and will continue to dine here in the future. Thanks Wolf!

We (family of four) went for an evening dinner while in Tofino on vacation. We decided to try WitF over Roar, where we went last year. Out of four entrees, 1 was a hit, as my 11 year old loved his cheeseburger and fries. Brown butter gnocchi needed a counterpoint to the sweetness, Pork belly wasn't seared so came of rubbery and unappealing, my halibut suffered the same - no searing, so it was basically steamed with some basic sauce. I got the sense the server knew something was off, as he was scarcely present. Could be that the kitchen was having an off night. Atmosphere was pleasant, and the wine pairing was excellent.

Service: 4 star, Pasta 3.5 star
We had the housemade pasta with mushrooms and it was just ok. The sauce was runny and pasta was dry, it really depends on your taste buds if you prefer that type of pasta. The server was very friendly and helpful.
An interesting restaurant. The food was good, but the main critique is the price point. The food was excellent, and based on the atmosphere, food quality, portion size, and variety, a price point of $28-$35 would be comfortably anticipated, over the paid $50. A worthwhile experience to go once, but I would not return.

5/5 all around, did the fixed 3 course menu and it was phenomenal! Sat at the bar upstairs and Emily the bartender was top quality in all her work. Food was outstanding and best cocktails you can get in town! Highly recommend!

I always go to wolf in the fog when I'm in tofino and always enjoy it, haven't been in a long time but this time felt like my other times were better. Can't go wrong with the bar tho, really good cocktails there. Food is good also, ordered from the autumn menu which had a good selection of things, but for what I paid, didn't feel like it was quite worth the price for what it is. I will go again and hopefully it might change then

5 stars all around. Great food, great bar tenders, great environment. As a restaurant experience should be. Humboldt squid on papaya salad was game changer.
Cheers!!

Classy west coast dining. This restaurant takes inspiration from local seasonal ingredients and from around the world. You are at home here in casual clothing or dressed up. The food is thoughtful, rich, delicious and the cocktails are many including N/A varieties. Please remember this is not fast and convenient dining but an experience. Be prepared to spend 2+ hrs here enjoying the ambiance (albeit a bit dark for my tastes), the drinks and the delicious food. Portions are shareable in lots of cases. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable prepared to give guidance and suggestions.
