I was very grateful to Lil Ts for killing the wasp. I am highly allergic and the idiot that complained obviously has no allergy. Teresa was great dealing with the issue. Even other customers attempted to get rid of the wasp. Food was fabulous as always. Coming froma big city it is nice to go to a cafe where they remember you and always greet you with a smile.
Staff and owner are very cheerful and friendly. I love that the tea came with a dainty cup and saucer, not a mug! Although the wait for our breakfast was a little long, it was fresh and delicious! Our vehicle had broken down, so the stay in Trail was unexpected but it was nice to find this cozy cafe right across the road! We sat on the patio and enjoyed the weather and the view. Lots of prayers for the owner and her kidney issue. Very nice lady!
I want to love it but waiting and waiting for food when there are only 3 tables is not appealing. Our server was delightful but the kitchen really needs to figure it out. 55 mins for 2 poutines with cubed up cheese not melted and small fries.
