Umi Teriyaki and Sushi

Food was very disappointing. The chicken "Katsu" on their menu is a very lightly breaded piece of chicken that is reheated and not made fresh. It's soft and mushy. Then everything is drenched in a "teriyaki" sauce that does not taste good. Please spend your money elsewhere until they drastically improve.

Ordered through Uber the chicken teriyaki box. the chicken is alright but you can tell nothing else is fresh.

Ordered the chicken teriyaki, it was so awful I couldn’t eat it. Everything is pre-cooked and quickly heated up. The teriyaki sauce was not teriyaki sauce at all. I don’t even know how to describe it. The flavour was bizarre and inedible. It’s no longer called Umi, but some new name I already forget. Still the same restaurant.

Absolute wast of money, spent over 50$ on their pre packed sushi to go, and when we opened it up (after already leaving the mall) i was overpowered with the sent of mold. So also a health hazard as we got this to share with our toddler I’m so glad I was able to notice the mold before he ate any of it. Will definitely not be going back there again. Not at all impressed :/

Not fresh at all.. the chicken was sitting in a pan full of oil and they 'warmed' it up when I placed the order. Super soaked in oil.. I asked foe plastic knife and they dont have..they said we already cut it for you. As if.these huge pieces couls be eaten in one bite. Never coming back here.. wish I could get my $ back

Bad flavour, does not taste as Japanese food. Chicken has too much skin and rice has middle eastern flavour.

I won’t eat here again! I asked for ramen noodles paid 13.00 for basically 3 shrimpTempura - they gave me udon noodles when I clearly asked for ramen and didn’t offer to do anything to change or offer me anything else just said “don’t have ramen” when it states on their menu “udon, ramen” noodles wasted $13.00 never eating here again.

Just ordered shrimp bento box and crambery juice..The cashier looks like she doesn't care , she gave me a very welcome look when I ordered...seriously if she doesn't like her work please let her go or put her inside where customers cant experience her attitude..they give me my meat with no tray no soya sauce..I had to ask each time for it.The store is not busy at all.Payed for almost $ 20 food tastless....Never ever I will recommend this store.
