Pretty much the best pizza I ever had. The sour dough and fresh ingredients, combined with the wood oven gives it amazing flavor. Unfortunately you have to walk in and order but the town of Uculet is very small and its easy to get to. It took about an hour and a bit for 3 large pizzas which seemed long but there is a bar across the street we grabbed a couple drinks at while we waited and went by quick. Once we got the pizzas back to the cabin we weren't disappointed... 5...
Wow! We were blown away by the quality of the pizza. Everything is made in house including the ricotta cheese. We visited from out of province and this was the hands down best pizza we’ve had. We will be definitely coming back for more!
