I am celiac and the lady at this food truck assured me everything was gluten free. I had great fried chicken, their spices had a bit of zing to it and was delicious. She did warn they toast regular buns on the flattop so make sure you check for that if you’re gluten sensitive or allergic. Nuggets were nice! We ordered the half sack and it was nicely seasoned. We felt the seasoning was even better than Taiwanese-style fried chicken nuggets (鹽酥雞).We got the hot honey (sweet sauce mixed with Frank’s red hot) and the spicy Thai peanut. Sauces were fine.

Blown away. The gateway sandwich is hands-down the best chicken sandwich I’ve had in my life. Chicken is perfect juicy and flavourful with a thin, tasty batter that completes the whole thing. Bun was perfect with just the right amount of condiments and veg.We were going to leave the area today, but I think we might just stay another day…Would give 6 stars if it was possible.Parking: Enough for 20 cars in the park, more on the street.
