I ordered the chicken strips and waffle fries and man did it deliver. The chicken was juicy on the inside and the batter was amazing. As a fry fiend I can say these are in my top three for waffle fries. Portions were great. The only downside was not having more than 1 picnic table but taking your food to eat at the beach isn't all bad either.

Came in from the storm for something to warm us up from the inside. What do we find? Nuglife fried chicken! Damn fine, quality chicken with generous portion, we retreated back to our car for a foggy window picnic. Couldn’t be happier with our service. We love to support our local joints. I haven’t had waffle fries since I was a kid at the Whitby Island county fare. Man the crispy seasoned gems really bring me back. Thanx Nuglife!

Google hours said open 12 pm to 6 pm. We showed up at 130 pm. No sign with hours or why they might be closed. It isn't difficult to update hours on Google and it's free advertising for your business.

Loved Nuglife! Stopped in for dinner after getting into town, and love finding these gems. Portion sizes were generous with a good amount of chicken to burger, and the prices were absolutely fair.We'd be back here for food in a heartbeat!

I can not stress this enough!!!I had the chicken nuggets with honey garlic and gravey both in the sideOmfg ???1. The chicken was absolutely perfect.Crispy on the outside, tad bit greasy, and juicy and tender on the inside. Exactly the way a chicken nugget should be! BUT I FELT NO Pain. I had NO REACTION.IT WAS GLORIOUS!!!!!I got lots so I have leftovers for today, and still amazing, even afterbeing left over night in the firdge. Mmmmmmmm2. Honey garlic sauce was on point3. The gravey was the beeeeest. I got 2. Mmmm m I should have ordered more food. OmgCeliacs, you are safe here, just talk to the knowledgeable and friendly staff! They got you.Oh. My. Yum.

Blown away. The gateway sandwich is hands-down the best chicken sandwich I’ve had in my life. Chicken is perfect juicy and flavourful with a thin, tasty batter that completes the whole thing. Bun was perfect with just the right amount of condiments and veg.We were going to leave the area today, but I think we might just stay another day…Would give 6 stars if it was possible.
Parking: Enough for 20 cars in the park, more on the street.
