Popped in here during a rainy morning while waiting for my bus back to the ferry and wow, the vegan gluten-free energy bar is insane! Awesome atmosphere, friendly staff, and tons of seating room plus a view of the rad people involved in creating the excellent baked goods. Highly recommend.

We visited this adorable little cafe twice during our stay. Has good pastries and from the lovely smells of the place they were making some good brunch. However, my first visit they put regular instead of oat milk in my latte and burnt the milk. Figuring it might have been a new barista we came back again and the second time it was a different barista. She got the right milk but still burnt it. I think with some barista training this place could easily be 5 stars.

Tried coffee here twice, they burnt the milk both times. I think baristas need a bit more training to bring the consistency up. Almond Croissant was under proofed, no honeycomb inside. Good vibes and staff.

Wow! Such a fantastic spot. The food and coffee is consistently impressive and delicious.
If I lived here I’d come here very very often. While visiting the area my family and I stopped by every day they were open.
Highly recommend, so long as you’re not allergic to incredible food and a bright but relaxed environment.
Thank you to everyone involved. Cheers.

Great coffee and baking. The scone was perfectly baked: crunchy outside and melt in your mouth inside. Thankfully they had a delicious gluten and dairy free bar that was not too sweet and very filling. Arrive early to have the best choice of baking!

Simple a MUST if you’re in town? If you’re looking to excite your taste buds, enjoy the view of this cute little town and be greeted by wonderful bilingual staff this is the place to go.
We didn't expect such a high quality bakery with a wide range of sandwiches and croissants in this small community. They opened at 8, we got there at 8:10, and there were already a few people in line in front of us. It seems they're a popular business in the area.

A fantastic spot for some coffee and one of their delicious cakes or pastries. I really enjoyed my Flat White - and the Cheese & Bacon Croissant was incredible.
The place has a great vibe, the staff were friendly, and it had a great view overlooking the water. Definitely stop by if you’re in the local area.

I'm super bummed about this place. Contrary to what Google says, it isn't a restaurant - food options are limited. Further - it is quite overpriced. I paid $40 plus tip for 2 12oz lattes, 2 yogurts, and a cookie. The 2 yogurts were vastly different tasting as well as had very different granola/fruit/yogurt ratios. My cookie was rock hard except for a small bit in the middle which was chewy. I also asked if I could order a side - and was told I couldn't order off menu. I said I wasn't trying to order off menu, just order a side because they are smaller and my toddler didn't need a whole breakfast sandwich. This isn't allowed. The cashier also seemed flippant, and entitled and was not overly pleasant to speak with.
The barista making my drink did beautiful latte art, which I complimented, and was very friendly. Her energy was awesome.
There was also no where to sit inside - however, I don't fault the establishment for being so busy; just wanted to let future patrons know to not go in the morning (10a) and expect to be able to get a seat.
Vegetarian options: Tons of vegan and vegetarian options!
Parking: Located near a one way street that makes parking more challenging.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly in food choices, portion size, or seating.

16.09.2024 around 10:00am we stopped at your bistro. We ordered 2 ham croissants and 2 cinnamon rolls and 1 lemon roll. We were served by a clean shaven woman and she was very unpleasant. Since she put the savory pastries in the same box as the sweet pastries, I asked her to split them, one box of savory and one of sweet pastries. I didn't want cinnamon icing on the ham croissants. She got very upset and started stuffing the individual cookies into little paper bags and literally throwing them on top of each other in the box. I pointed out to her that all the frosting on the rolls was on the paper bag. Annoyed, she brought new cakes with the comment that the boxes were expensive. Please point out to the staff that it is not unusual to request that savory and sweet pastries be packaged separately. Your staff is fond of saying "that's how we do it in Montreal". We don't do it that way in Europe, we don't like cinnamon icing on our ham croissants. Thank you.
