We were looking for late night food, as we were leaving in the morning to go back to the mainland. We ordered 2 hotdogs and beef tacos. The food was very very good. There was a Halloween party / open mic happening at the time as well, so we sort of stuck out like a sore thumb not knowing about this party lol. The woman there with the pink hair is horribly rude I had asked around to my fellow coworkers at the Crows nest and they agreed was not just me when I went to make a complaint all I got was a basic OK from the so called manger ! Good food crappy customer service 🫠👎🏽 I also seen her rude to other customers asking for the bill basically no acknowledge with her what so ever just walks off maybe she should not work in this environment if she does not like it
Had breakfast there Oct 25/23 and it was mediocre at best. The waitress lacked customer service skills. The music was so loud we could not have a conversation. There was so much banging and clanging going on in the kitchen as well. The food was overcooked and not hot. The sausage was mostly burned and the toast was cold and served with cold hard butter. The tea was not even hot! I hope the kitchen is not as dirty as the eating area
