The woman there with the pink hair is horribly rude I had asked around to my fellow coworkers at the Crows nest and they agreed was not just me when I went to make a complaint all I got was a basic OK from the so called manger ! Good food crappy customer service 🫠👎🏽 I also seen her rude to other customers asking for the bill basically no acknowledge with her what so ever just walks off maybe she should not work in this environment if she does not like it
Had breakfast there Oct 25/23 and it was mediocre at best. The waitress lacked customer service skills. The music was so loud we could not have a conversation. There was so much banging and clanging going on in the kitchen as well. The food was overcooked and not hot. The sausage was mostly burned and the toast was cold and served with cold hard butter. The tea was not even hot! I hope the kitchen is not as dirty as the eating area
Great experience. Food was super fresh tasting and didn’t make me feel yucky afterwards. I had the Mexican breakfast. Cool vibe and looked to be quite popular with tons of folks coming in at 12:00. Next time for sure will try one of the many gourmet hot dogs amd poutine.
