One of the only places open for a quick bite on Thanksgiving Monday and it was really busy. I felt bad as they only had one front of the house person working and she was run off her feet. Great hot dogs with some interesting flavour combinations and I greatly enjoyed my veggie dog. We took it to go and enjoyed it back at the hotel.

Cool place but disappointing food, the Mexican breakfast was canned rice and beans. Service was friendly.

We stopped in for lunch and had a great experience. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind—our server (an Australian guy) made us feel welcome right away. The hot dogs were delicious, and while the space is small with limited seating, it’s absolutely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Our go to place in Ucluelet. Every thing about this place is perfect ❤️ Excellent food and service. Thank you for making out trip extra special with yummilicious food. We had vegetarian hot dogs, poutine and cauliflower appetizer.

Was exactly as expected. Decent food, not the quickest service but the beer was cold and 2 people working were doing their best. I would suggest to take it for what it is, go and enjoy, great spot.
Definitely a good stop to dine in or take out. Some pretty fun options/selections. The service was very quick

Went to grab dinner on Aug 6th around 6pm and someone after initial reluctance came out to say they are closed and will reopen at 8:30 for the night. No mention about this on their door or social media. Did also mention they ran out of some stuff for food. But their hours advertise as open until 11:30pm with no closure. If you’re planning on coming here, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they would take the few seconds to likely update the public (maybe via social media) that they are closed or out of food. Somewhere that cares about more than just your money. Believe the other reviews talking about their own bad experiences.

Quite possible the worst hot dog I’ve ever had. To the lady with the colourful hair, my son and I met stumps that provided better service while cycling from Tofino.

Waited over 10 minutes to be seated no one came. Watched 8 other potential customers just walk away because there was no one to help them. Unable to find any staff

An absolute must-stop in Ucluelet!
We stumbled across Ukee Dogs while exploring Ucluelet and couldn’t have been happier we did. The vibe here is super chill — a funky mix of laid-back west coast energy and fun, eclectic decor. The patio is bright and colourful, complete with covered seating, making it a perfect place to relax, grab a bite, and soak in the atmosphere.
We tried a few different dogs, and every one of them hit the spot. The Ukee Dog — a chili cheese dog — was loaded with flavour and super satisfying. The Spicy Mexican Dog had just the right amount of heat, topped with fresh pico and a drizzle of creamy sauce. Both were creative, well-balanced, and totally crave-worthy. Fries were hot, crispy, and generously portioned — the kind you keep snacking on even when you say you’re full. Bonus: they’ve got local beers on tap, which made the whole experience even better.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and service was quick even though it was busy. We also loved how dog-friendly the place was — we had our pup with us, and he was treated like a guest too.
Whether you’re just passing through or staying in Ukee for a while, make sure to swing by Ukee Dogs. It’s got great food, awesome vibes, and that perfect west coast charm. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!
