Very Good! Got treats drinks from the last day of the Floral Class from the owners ( Arbutus Florist ) on our graduation day. I ordered a Pineapple Smoothie Slush ( without any sugar or pearls ). It was refreshing. Will visit in person and try other drinks.

You can see the reviews are bad for a reason. They have horrible customer service. From the manager to the employees. I asked for replacement of my drink as I asked for less ice. I was given a drink with too much ice and they refused to refund or replace the drink

Don’t get the hype of this place at all. Almost every drink we ordered either taste bland or watery. The only reason I gave it a 2 stars is because of the ovaltine but seriously other then that, the pearls are sometimes undercooked, and sometimes the milk smell expired. Take your business somewhere else

Yummy milk tea and the pearls were the perfect consistency.
I ordered a boba black tea through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, the store provided a thin straw that made the drink almost impossible to enjoy. Every pearl got stuck—completely defeating the purpose of ordering bubble tea. It’s frustrating that such a basic part of the experience was overlooked. Please be more careful with packaging for delivery orders.
